Vacation rentals with a home theater in Cumberland River

We had a wonderful stay. Remi and Savanna were thoughtful, responsive and gracious hosts. Their place was beautiful with a welcoming country music theme, a great gym and pool with two large grills, private parking and walkable to many local attractions. We would stay here again.

My daughters and I had a wonderful time! The place was perfect for our trip. I would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed for two nights during CMA Fest. The apartment is beautiful and the hosts are extremely responsive/helpful! The location is right in the middle of a few great Nashville neighborhoods but also has some gems nearby (coffee shop/breakfast spot/restaurants/etc). Will definitely stay again!

Beds were comfortable and spacious. Enjoyed my time and the convenience of being downtown.

Great location in Seveirville. close to many attractions. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. James had local recommendations and communicated well during our stay. Will check them out again if we are back in the area.

Beautiful house newly renovated sit behind the main house very quiet you have your own personal space. Parking at the front door all the furniture is new is newly renovated. The kitchen was amazing. It had everything I needed. The media room was a lot of fun to watch movies at night. I was sad I had to leave. I could not extend my stay because she had other bookings, but I will definitely look them up again when I’m in town.

Lee's place was very comfortable and quiet, in a great location. I guess there could be noise from the unit above and neighboring units (there are some loud groups in the building I heard walking down the hall). but I didn't have any problems. It was really peaceful. Nice bed, workable coffee machine, laundry machines in unit, really close to lots of stuff. Note the check in at 4pm (I think the whole building is like that)

Place was EXACTLY like the photos. Loved Nashville, had a lot of fun. Hosts were very responsive and super friendly! We loved every minute of it. We will be back! 🩷

A beautiful and spacious home that truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed, and the house was tastefully furnished with lovely furniture and artwork. The basement was full of fun activities, and the backyard and outdoor space were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. Highly recommend!

This is a nice place for a couple. There was plenty to keep us busy, but we also enjoyed lounging on the screened-in porch.

The cabin was a great place for our family to enjoy the Smokey Mountains for a week. The views are amazing and it is conveniently located to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We had a few issues with bugs, which is to be expected in the mountains and they were quick to respond and drop off a spray. My kids loved the pool table and video game in the lowest level. A 4x4 vehicle of some sort would be the best to reach the house, since it’s at the top of a steep road. Overall, this is a beautiful mountain retreat where many family memories were made.

Had a great stay here! There were only four of us but would have been plenty of room for more. Hot tub was great, home was clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was fairly easy to drive to some locations and easy to Uber to others. Really enjoyed the home!

Great place! Very clean and spacious! On the trolly route so easy to get to town. We loved it ! Only wish i knew that kids were not permitted to go off on thier own on the property. I had two 13 year old boys Otherwise perfect place to stay

I will book again. I took the couch and my friend took the bedroom. I would book this place again based on the comfort of the couch alone.

Josiah was great and his condo is well furnished and modern. It was also very clean. The instructions and details he provides on the condo is very helpful. He addressed every message quickly and was very accommodating. We had my sister’s birthday with 8 women and was very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the extra beds, towels and linens were great. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a wonderful place outside of Downtown Nashville!

We didn't call ahead per the listing request to get the unit number and code but was able to get it in time. Make sure you reach out at least the morning you arrive. The place is easy access to local events but also away from the main road so it is quiet. The view to the creek side is quite nice too.

Great place for our quick trip! Very easy to get to and so close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

Donna was an exceptional and accommodating host from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive and attentive, promptly addressing any concerns we shared during our stay. My team truly enjoyed the space — this beautiful loft quickly became our go-to gathering spot. The expansive windows in the living room were a true showstopper and added so much light and charm to the experience. Highly recommend!
