Had a very nice time here, enjoyed the hot tub and watching T.V.

For the purpose of our trip which was to take in 6 or 7 waterfalls, it was a perfect location. Cane Creek Falls, Rockhouse Falls, Fall Creek Falls and Piney Falls are within minutes of this Cottage. This was spacious place with a wonderful wrap-around porch. The Wifi worked well and have pretty good reach outside as well. Plenty of wood was there for use for the fire pit. The HVAC system cooled the place with ease. Definitely a private location. Other than cars passing by, we saw no one. Ha. There is a Dollar General about 10 miles away, so you need to plan ahead for getting groceries there. These are curve mountain roads, so you don't get anywhere quickly, but we expected that. We didn't use the hot tub, but there was one there in good working order. There were string lights up and down, so when it got dark, there was no problem seeing your way around. We really enjoyed this location and would reserve it again if we visited this area in the future. Thanks for the great stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Home was exactly what we were looking for with our selection. Peaceful area with hiking near the home in the Taylorsville State Park.

The cottage was cozy and outside was breathtaking. Outside there’s a little waterfall that’s beautiful and hydrangea bushes in bloom. Everything was amazing. The only we noticed was the hot tub needed to be cleaned (little debris and hair) but we didn’t notice until very late that evening when my husband and I were about to get in (wasn’t a big deal). Everything in the cottage is clean. The cottage is cozy and very affordable. We stayed one night and it was very close to downtown and Great Smoky Mountain Railroad.

My husband and I fully enjoyed our stay! We loved the creek out front. The house was also a short drive to lots of outdoor activities. Perfect spot for us and will definitely book again!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Everything! The beds were comfortable, and the area was so quiet. We rested so well! The cottage was so cute, and we had everything we needed! The hostess was absolutely the best!

The setting is so picturesque, serene and peaceful; and the added personal touch of Ruthie’s welcoming chocolate chip cookies was very special! The residence is located within a short drive to the many scenic waterfall hiking trails that my wife and I enjoy!

Such a lovely place to spend a couple days! We booked very last-minute as we had other plans that changed, and Jasmine was very helpful and responsive over the app. The space was cute and clean, and the amenities were very thoughtful; we especially appreciated the binoculars and birdwatching guide near the window, the hairdryer in the bathroom, and the free & clear laundry detergent by the laundry machines! It felt like she thought of everything! This clearly a well-cared-for space and we’ll definitely look it up again if we’re ever back in the Nashville area 😊

My husband, 5&3 year old children and our old lady pup Molli enjoyed a 5-night stay at Jorie’s cottage while in the area visiting family over the Easter holiday. The cottage was the perfect peaceful getaway, being in close proximity to area attractions. We definitely would recommend this cottage to anyone that needs a homier place to stay while in this area of Tennessee.

Jonathan's place was great. Loved the country setting. Amazing sunsets. We enjoyed visiting the cows and giving them treats. We would gladly stay again.

Debi’s place was perfect. It’s peaceful and beautiful. It had the best equipped kitchen I’ve seen yet in an Air BNB. The welcome was warm. We hope to return many times for a restorative getaway.

We had a very nice relaxing time at the cabin. It was perfect for me and my husband and our Dutchess. Easy to find and great communication.

We stayed at this house for a month, and we really enjoyed it. It is at the end of a private road and up a lovely, tree-lined driveway not far from town. It has been nicely remodeled. The kitchen is pretty and has the necessities. It has a beautiful view of the hills and creek out the large window in the living room. My kids had a blast playing in the creek and with the games available. The property is expansive as well and has some trails. The beds were comfortable, too. The water pressure in the shower was pretty low, but it got the job done! Just make sure to bring tick spray and know how to identify and avoid poison ivy if you want to explore around outside. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here. Thank you for letting us stay!

This is a return trip for us. Super clean home. Comfortable for a weekend away and central to parks to hike and enjoy the surrounding beauty. Carolyn is kind and easy to contact before/during stay. Will be back.

Had a great stay. The cottage has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was really nice to sit on the porch and look on the computer for new things to do. The neighborhood is really quiet except for some of the traffic. Keep up the great work Tina. We really enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay at Michael’s home. We walked to 12 South every day, and felt right at home with all of the amenities. Would definitely stay again!

This is our second time having the pleasure of staying with Kimberly at her lovely cottage! We love the beautiful & peaceful location. There are lots of great restaurants and bars in the area as well. It’s always a great place to land and rest! Clean and comfortable! We will return! 😊

Tonya was an amazing host! Anything we needed was a message away. We had kids plus extended famy and were all comfortable. The house offers everything you need to stay at the lake. We rented a dbl decker pontoon boat from Pandora Marina. Drive to Marina only took about 7-10 mins. We loved that there was a Dollar General Market right around there too! All n all our stay was exactly what we wanted/needed. Id definitely stay here again in the future!

Great place to relax or take in the winery. The winery had some unique offerings. With the fruit wines. Close proximity to the duck river was nice. The view of the valley is incredible. The cottage was perfect. Everything was clean and tidy.

My husband and our two dogs travelled to Nashville for a continuing education conference. The home was perfect for the four of us. The home was clean, private and just as described. Our dogs enjoyed stretching their legs in the private backyard. Being just 13 minutes from Music City Center, it made an easy commute for the conference and exploring downtown. We hope to come back to Nashville soon, we loved it. Ashley’s home would be our first pick of where to stay!
