Alex and Sue were very responsive with any questions I had, and they were always very polite and seemed eager to help make the stay worth every penny. The cabin was beautiful, very clean, easy to access, and in a very good location close to a myriad of attractions and restaurants. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone!

I am astonished by the attention to every detail in this home. The hosts went out of their way to make aure every single detail was covered. I loved that we got to listen to the playlist while we hiked the trail. We enjoyed a fire and just got to truly soak in the peace and quiet. inside and outside the home. Wonderful hosts and beautiful property. We will be back to visit

The views!!!!! Beautiful cabin as well. The bathroom was top notch. Was a perfect romantic getaway. The privacy is also a plus.

We have one word to say about this place. Spectacular. The photos of this place truly do not do it justice. Every room has spectacular Mountain View’s and our teenage sons truly had their own space downstairs. Michael our host was truly wonderful. He responded quickly to every question we had, and was very easy to work with and very understanding as well as friendly. The home itself was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We definitely enjoyed the grill area and outdoor dining space. We definitely plan to stay at this beautiful home again. We have been coming to this area for many years now and this place is definitely at the top of our list. 5 stars for us in every way! Thanks again Michael for helping us have an amazing and wonderful family vacation this year!

Linda’s was perfect! We loved the house itself and the stocked pond! Beautiful views and her son, who lives across the street, was very easy to get in touch with. The house is pretty far away from grocery stores- a few Dollar Generals, so I would recommend stopping at a grocery store on the way to the house, or packing a cooler full of stuff. We had a wonderful time, and we will definitely be coming back.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. This was one of the most amazing places we ever stayed. The place was even better than we thought it would be. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. They were very responsive and helpful. If you were looking for somewhere to stay with amazing views and an amazing home, this is your place !!!!! Seclusion Cabin was incredible. It checks all the boxes we look for in a Red River Gorge rental: cozy and comfortable amenities, unique and thoughtful touches like the tree house and koi pond, a perfect location near our favorite trailheads—and most importantly, true seclusion in the forest, just as the name promises. Derek and Sandy were amazing hosts: responsive when needed but respectful of our space, which let us fully unplug and unwind. We’re already planning our next trip back to this amazing spot!

This cabin was a perfect stay for our honeymoon! The views from the hot tub are unlike any other. Pretty equal distance to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville. Not only was this cabin a great stay because of location, there was plenty to do in the comfort of the cabin! Games, movies, hot tubbing, sauna, and pure relaxation. A wonderful cabin with an amazing host!

This was a beautiful and private cabin. It's very close to Mammoth Cave National Park!

This place is amazing. It is quiet and very peaceful. The place looks a lot better in person. Very homey, very comfortable and everything you need and much more. Fresh yard eggs and waffles and cookies and brownies when we arrived. Mr Phil made us a nice fire for roasting marshmallows and s’mores. Mrs Wendy was so informative about Monterey and a very sweet lady. Next time we are in the area we will be sure to stay again.

Very nice quiet and peaceful locale. If you’re looking to get away from everyday hustle and bustle, this place is for you. Wooded area with a peaceful stream meandering nearby. Next to state park with mountains, woods, hiking, and lots of breathtaking sightseeing.

We only stayed one night but really enjoyed the cabin and sitting out on the back deck watching the fireflies and listening to nature. It was about 20 minutes away from Mammoth Cave. The beds were comfortable and the cabin smelled new. Much nicer than a hotel stay!

Beautiful view! Very private & peaceful. Easy to get to & plenty of activities in the area. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again & looking forward to another trip there. The view from the deck was spectacular!

The cabin is very clean, comfortable, and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay. We hope to return in the future. We enjoyed feeding the animals and sitting on the deck.

This cabin is in a quiet and peaceful setting. There is plenty of space for walking and exercising the dog. The pavilion down the hill looks like it’s for the 3-4 homes on the street and has a television, grills, chairs, and a fridge. The porch overlooking the river is nice and always cool. There was a cute bird who had built a nest there. The kitchen is well-stocked with plates, bowls, and pots and pans. The host was always very responsive and friendly. We really enjoyed our visit here.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was this past weekend staying at Mack and Roxanne’s Deer Ridge Cabin for my B-Day getaway. They have gone above and beyond for sure to create a truly serene atmosphere for their guests. They even left a box of delicious cinnamon rolls with a card wishing me a Happy Birthday the day I arrived and invited me over for a celebratory B-Day drink; which was so lovely. The cabin was just perfect! It was beautifully and mindfully decorated and so clean and cozy. It had everything I could want and need. The outdoor area was peaceful and serene. I took advantage of all the little areas surrounding the property; including the relaxing hammock they put up, the lounge area right outside the front door and the ones by the BBQ and fire pit. Anyone looking for an opportunity to unwind, unplug and just have a true taste of peace and quiet for a bit, look no further!

Can’t recommend this place enough. My husband and I booked the little cabin in the Woods for two nights. We were in town for some local tractor pulls. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay. It was so peaceful after all the noise and mud haha…I was able to disconnect from my phone. I ended up reading a book during my stay which I haven’t done in a while. Would definitely stay here if/when we return to the area.

The stay was great! Went for a weekend getaway, and it was the perfect, cozy, & relaxing home we needed. If I am ever back in the area, I will choose to stay here again! Sarah was super proactive and responsive with messages! The listing was spectacular to begin with, but I was blown away when we walked in with what all the space included. A binder had ideas of how to spend time in the area which was much appreciated, too. Overall, I was incredibly impressed by this airbnb. Definitely my favorite place I’ve stayed :)

The nearby waterfall we went to was beautiful and can not wait to come back to see more of the local nature. The host was extremely helpful with suggestion of sites and very responsive to questions. This Airbnb was an absolute gem! The location was unbeatable—close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The space itself was beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we walked in. On top of all that, the price was perfect for the quality and location! If I had to mention one small drawback, it would be that the mattresses were a bit firm for our taste. That said, it certainly wouldn’t stop us from coming back. We had a wonderful experience overall and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Loved this place I definitely recommend! It was private but also had other homes nearby so you weren’t completely alone in the woods haha. They recommended amazing hiking spots that my husband and I went to see and it was so fun. We’re from Illinois so it’s mostly corn fields so hiking through mountains and seeing the waterfalls was just an amazing experience. Overall this home was lovely and our hosts were friendly/great people. Must see.
