WOW!!! what a beautiful place with a beautiful view!! The house is impecable!!! beautiful in the inside as it is on the outside. House is full with everything you need and very high quality products!! Gorgeous bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room. All taken care of Rosita which will greet you at the entrance and will have breakfast for you. Such a kind and sweet host!! Explained everything and was available all the time. cooks very delicious traditional Ecuadorian dishes!!. Extremely safe!! Fire pit is perfect. Rooms are great. We've traveled to many airbnbs in Cuenca and this one by far is our favorite and will be hard not to choose it again. Thank you for sharing this home and hope to be back again!!!!

An excellent panoramic view of Cuenca

Great location, close to all the must-see places in the city. Very quiet neighborhood.

My stay at this Airbnb was fantastic. The house was incredibly comfortable and full of amenities. The host was very responsive, always replying quickly and proactively to all messages. I highly recommend this place!

It's the same as in the photos, Juan is very proactive and very friendly. Their directions are accurate.

The condo is very well located. You can work comfortably if you do it remotely. The place has all the implements described, it is easily accessible and very clean. I loved all the details of the place. I would stay in suite again.

The apartment was very nice, they gave it to us impeccable, in the middle of the week they cleaned the room, changed sheets and towels. Whenever we needed something from Rolendo, he attended to us immediately and was always willing!! Recommended if you are visiting Cuenca

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The room was comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was nice and walkable with access to the river path just a few blocks away. The bathroom was definitely small, but overall nice. Some of the neighbors and their dogs were a bit noisy, but there's nothing the host can do about that. It didn't really bother me much. Just something to be aware of. I would happily stay here again.

The place seemed super quiet to me, there are pharmacies, food places very close even if I don't buy anything near the property I thought it was super good to take it into consideration, recommended !!

I thoroughly enjoyed my adventure in Cuenca in major part because of the location of this studio. It was truly in the center heart of it all! The Mercado, the Supermaxi, all of El Centro...everything was within a 10-minute walk. Juan (and his wife) are amazing hosts! During my stay. he provided top notch service, responding quickly to all questions and concerns. He is truly solution-oriented, and made a big difference during my stay with his rapid responses to issues. Now, if you are like me (and you are cold-natured), I must mention that you may want to pack an extra blanket and some fuzzy socks as it can get a little chilly at night, especially during rainy season. All in all, if you want to be in the center of if all, this is your place!

Aaron’s place is not only beautiful and quaint. The location is ideal for local restaurants and steps to dt. But I’m also very impressed with the communication with Aaron and Alla. They did their best to accommodate my parents and were in touch with me promptly. I highly recommend their place and will definitely be visiting again.

Very much enjoyed my stay, The place is cozy and just as pictured. Right in the center of Centro, yet very quite (the apartment looks out into sort of a courtyard, so no noise. The communication with host was extremely fast. It in walking distance of everything you'd want to see. I definitely recommend!
