We felt very comfortable with our stay. The apartment was clean, as described, and also has a good location (near the Center). As a recommendation, I would prefer self check-in. Despite having a smart lock, someone needed to greet us to give us the garage and building keys. Monica was the person who welcomed us, and we tried to tell her an approximate arrival time, however, we couldn't make that time due to problems on the road to Cuenca. This caused Monica to have to wait longer for us, being in a hurry for other customers. With everything else, there were no problems.

My stay was super good, the view from the house is amazing at night and during the day, it is spacious and comfortable. The hosts are super friendly, and the apartment is just like the description and photos. The road is not paved but as described, it's a couple of meters to get to the ranch and it's totally worth it.

Perfect location, cozy space, and an amazing host. We had a great stay! I traveled with my husband and our two daughters (ages 13 and 10), and we felt comfortable and welcome right away. The apartment is cozy, clean, and in a perfect location, just one block from Parque Calderón. We could easily walk to all the main sights. The suite includes a sofa bed and an extra air mattress, but we only used the sofa bed, which was comfortable enough for our daughters. The space is well laid out and has everything needed for a pleasant stay. The host was amazing, very attentive, and always checking in to make sure we were okay. We felt truly welcome. Highly recommended!

I 100% recommend the stay with Jorge, the place is very nice, quiet and safe. Especially the location is quite strategic given that it is close to practically everything (restaurants, bars, parks, etc.). I would definitely stay again in this stay :)

Willmer is the kindest most patient man we've had the pleasure of meeting. He provided us with a clean and well-equipped apartment and was so patient with our poor ability to communicate in Español. Would definitely recommend this stay.

Mayra is fabulous, I had a topic with the cold and was able to change it. In addition, she was attentive to all the time. The depa is beautiful and suitable to stay for a while. The area is ugly, very ugly. Worse if it turns at night like 22pm. But that well does not depend on Mayra, you already have to take care of yourself, if you are a woman alone and you are going to stay a long time and you are going to come back very late at night, yes I recommend you think about it. The rest was great and it is super convenient for the market to be so close if you cook at home. Literal I fattened 10 kilos in my stay haha.

I really liked the place, it had a lot of space and was very clean, David helped me with a decoration for my sister's birthday, he even allowed me to stay 3 hours longer after the time I had to leave, I recommend it, you will like the place a lot.
