It is a comfortable apartment on the ground floor, capacity 6 people is ideal if you have children or older adults. With 2 bedrooms: The 1st bedroom has a queen bed. Housing strategically located one block from the Remigio Crespo and 1 block from C-TRES comes with everything you need to make your stay perfect. We are just a 10-minute walk from the Historic Center.

Departamento estilo moderno muy iluminado y ventilado, cerca de todo completamente equipado, localización perfecta a pocas cuadras del río Tomebamba y del Parque el Paraiso, para disfrutar de la naturaleza, excelente sector de Cuenca, excelentes vías de acceso, cerca de parques y áreas deportivas, juegos, lugares turísticos, 1 habitaciones cómoda, sala, comedor, cocina equipada, lavandería, 1 baño completo, estacionamiento. Restaurantes, fruteria y tienda justo al frente... etc.

Economy room with a double bed

A private room with a double bed, bathroom and shared shower. It is on the 2nd floor and has a large common area with lots of light, ideal for reading or resting. There is an additional terrace to enjoy the sun with comfortable sofas, ideal for having a beer or smoking. The shared kitchen is on the 1st floor and has the basics to prepare your food. If you need something, just ask. Everyone is welcome. We have plenty of hot water and Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Welcome to a historic colonial-style house that has been recently fully renovated and is brand new, with lots of natural light. We chose to remodel the building with high quality details. Despite the hotel's proximity to many attractions, such as Parque Calderon, Calle Larga, and being 2 doors down form the restaurant Tiestos, guests can expect a quiet and secure night's rest.
