Excellent location, central apartment. Just 1 block from the famous Mother's Park and Planetarium. Close to banking area, shopping mall and restaurants. You can walk to the historic center and tour various attractions of the city on foot or by bike, such as: the broken bridge, vado cross, etc. The tap water is drinkable, so it can be drunk directly. Cars up to 5.5 meters can enter the parking lot, it's a bit narrow.

The place is very nice and cute but there is no firewood for the fireplace. The delivery was a real headache, we had to wait more than 2 hours for the orders to be delivered, in addition to the prices that are an abuse (over 20 dollars for each delivery) the delivery cost more than what was ordered. I recommend bringing food and everything you need so you don't need delivery.

Beautiful apartment, I went with my husband, my two children and my two pets. The place is safe, quiet, everything was tidy. Don Cristóbal, very concerned that everything is fine, very attentive and respectful. I'll stay there again when I return to Cuenca.

Beautiful Heritage House in the historic center

The accommodation is just as seen in the photos of the listing, Marco kept in touch with me, gave us clear instructions on how to get there and it is totally private. He was kind enough to help us check in a few hours earlier than indicated in the app. The area is quiet, very safe, close to shops, pharmacies and the Jep ATM, clean place, bathroom a little cramped but with the necessary, it has hot water and clean towels, we just lacked some extra soaps, the bed was comfortable and clean sheets, it has a closet. We had an internet disconnection for about 2 hours, but in general it flowed well, Marco was kind and ready for anything new, considering that he was not in the city. His answers were positive and he was quick to provide good service. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need, kitchen, laundry, iron, hair dryer. The small balcony is nice with its ornamental plants. I recommend it!

Excellent place, clean and tidy, the shower could be improved because if you open the faucet too much, it can flood, but otherwise everything was excellent, 10/10, 100% recommended.
