We had a great time at joeys place! Lots of fun and the backyard area is really big and open with great space to relax. One of the bedrooms is completely separated from the house, which was great for us because I meant my sister didn’t have to hear our toddler wake up at 6am ;) The stairs to the downstairs bedroom are as described- steep and narrow, so just have to be extra careful if you have any very young mobile kids with you. We just blocked off with the provided baby gate and put a piece of furniture in front for extra safety and it was fine. Joey was so responsive and helpful, even provided us with extra kid friendly recommendations and a high chair for our stay.

Grayson’s air bnb was amazing, we loved the views and the hot tub was a perfect touch, not to mention everything was clean! Only thing we regretted was not booking a longer stay! Definitely would recommend it, it was a great time and we plan to come back soon!

It’s perfectly located near some incredible hiking spots, which made exploring the area a breeze. Robert and Ingrid were gracious hosts and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. Their place is cozy, clean and tucked into the mountains. It is located right near Manitou Springs, which we visited several times and loved. They recommended the lantern tour at Cave of the Winds and it was a fun, memorable experience. Loved our stay at this beautiful home,was right in the middle of Cripple Creek and Colorado Springs which is exactly what we needed.The house is beautiful and all the little things provided makes you feel right at home!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Jennifer’s place. As soon as you walk in you notice how nice and clean everything is. There was enough kitchen utensils to feed a neighborhood. The bed was super comfortable. We used the hot tub every night and it was amazing after our long hikes. There is wild life all around the cabin, which was awesome to see. If I’m ever in the area again, this is where I’m staying.

Were were there a very short period for a military graduation, so did not get to experience all of what the location has to offer. The home was perfectly described—spotless, very comfortable, convenient, tastefully, and thoughtfully maintained for guests. Jacquie was very responsive, enthusiastic and friendly! Would stay again for sure!. Thank you, Jacquie!

Douglass and Annie were so nice and went above and beyond to accommodate us. They even left some dog treats for our dog ! We really enjoyed watching movies but their amazing fire place and even saw 5 deer when we were walking around outside. Definitely would stay again

Everything was as advertised. Check in was super easy. Instructions for the property were clear and posted. Property was clean and host was welcoming and nice. Enjoyed our stay and local area was beautiful with lots to do, thank you!!

We passed it at first but after some communication with Aspen it was a breeze. They have very detailed instructions on what to do in the home and it helped us a lot. Their home was quaint, clean, cozy, private and most of all absolutely relaxing after several days of sightseeing. We enjoyed the fire pit in the back and the views. We will definitely be back! Both of our hosts were extremely friendly and very responsive. I look forward to staying in touch so we can book another of their properties in the future!

We had a great time at Cynthia's place. We appreciated the privacy while still having close proximity to all of the local attractions. Our dog felt right at home also. Cynthia was communicative and I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet peaceful getaway.

We just stayed in Oana’s place for a month, and it was perfect! The house, the towns, everything around there is so charming and peaceful. We had deer at our door most mornings, the house has EVERYTHING you could ever need; we found a whole drawer full of bathroom stuff we didn’t even know was there until the last day! It is an older cabin, so the ceilings are shorter than most might be used to, but for our family of 4, it was perfect!

We loved the place!! Perfect location for everything we wanted to do. My dog loved the creek. We will definitely try to come back and recommend to friends and family.

Loved the decor of this cozy mountain home. View was awesome! It was also perfect for having a toddler with patio and playset. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Cara was so responsive and helpful. We highly recommend her and her home!!

Great home, that feels like home. Huge comfortable couches, fully stocked kitchen with spices and containers for leftovers and everything I needed. Super close to the lake!

If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet, private, and truly magical place to stay—this is it. The mountain view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. Everything in the house—the beds, kitchen, floors, and more—was just amazing. My family spent three nights here, and it was hands down the best experience I’ve had during all my visits to Colorado in past few family visits.. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. Most importantly, the host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. I highly, highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. We’ll definitely be checking in again on our future trips. My family absolutely loved it!

We truly loved our stay at the farm house. It was cozy and everything was close by and easy to get too. They also had a book full of recommendations that was very helpful. It was the perfect place for my family and I! Just the three of us great space and the kitchen was lovely. We love to cook and we spent most of our time in the kitchen and the living room. With occasionally using the hot tub! Definitely a must stay in Colorado! Pikes peak was definitely the best park of them all! But garden of the gods and seven falls was amazing as well!

Rachael was very accommodating. She checked in with us throughout our stay and gave recommendations. We stayed at Casa Noir for our 5th Anniversary and we had a blast. We loved all the details and it was in a great location to everything that we wanted to do. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Andy was a great host, we bumped into him and his family when we arrived. They were all very nice, accommodating and super friendly. The home and property is beautiful and peaceful. You can really feel the love in the space. Quiet but also close to a HUGE grocery store. The king mattress was incredibly comfortable, often an overlooked detail but so important. Our dogs and us had a great vacation and we are so thankful to have stayed here! P.S - Skye (their beautiful dog) was amazing and a highlight of our trip.

Our stay at Josh & Wendy's place was amazing! The views from the front yard make it all the more special. The Airbnb had all listed amenities and was exactly as described. The hosts were communicative and were prompt in their responses to all our queries. thanks for having us over!

Beautiful surroundings! We had deer both days right in the back yard. Very special for the kids. The cabin is nice, clean and close to town. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay and only 15 mins from Manitou Springs. Yard and deck was amazing!
