Great safe neighborhood accessible to a lot of Buckhead. Walking or driving. Will stay again if it’s available.

Host was very responsive to any questions we had and proactive. Home had the amenities described and was exactly what we expected. Great location!

We decided to make a short trip up to Atlanta for a Braves game and the Aquarium. We were even able to fit in some dinner with family in Marietta. This place provided a nice relaxing place for us to settle between everything and allow us to bring our wonderful dog along. The owners were very responsive and helpful. From the beginning, we had no trouble getting inside and settling. Inside is a bit cozy and has a homey feel to it with a great view of the lake they're sitting on. Outside is a newer spacious trex (or comparable) decking out over the lake with some paddle boards and kayaks that were available for use. It was very nice to hang out there, chat and sip on a beer. Just a peaceful setting that was much needed. The only thing that was a little difficult to manage was the shower due to it's size but we both handled it fairly well. Overall, I'd say this was an excellent experience and would certainly do this again. Thank you!!

Place was lovely! different couch in the living room but was very comfortable still! My family enjoyed our stay and so did my sweet baby with the big back yard he got to enjoy when it was not raining! Thank you again for our stay!

I stayed here for about 10 months and enjoyed every bit of it. The house was very nice and clean. The land was beautiful and very peaceful. The owners are very nice and helped me with anything I need. 10/10 recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Erich’s place is amazing. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax, even with our two doggos. We felt right at home and enjoyed exploring the record collection and sitting outside on the covered porch. Cabbagetown is a beautiful neighborhood with so many fun places close by to explore by foot- no need to drive! We’d love to stay at Erich’s place the next time we visit Atlanta.

Joy and Gino were fantastic. They are very understanding and flexible to accommodate the guest. I couldn’t have asked for anything more!! I stayed here for close to two months and I highly recommend!!

The best part of this house is the location. It’s about a five minute drive from all the restaurants and bars on Canton St, and while it is walkable you’re walking along a very busy road so it’s not ideal. But the walk can be done in 15-20 minutes. We stayed here for a wedding at the Roswell mill club, so it was a very convenient location for that, and in a very safe neighborhood. The house itself is just fine, it got the job done but this is best used as a home base when you don’t plan to be at the house very much. The kitchen was pretty sparsely equipped, there are only four each of plates, bowls, and glasses, and just barely the essentials if you plan to cook anything. Jay was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check in and check out.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! I live nearby and can vouch for the neighborhood. It was big enough for 8 adults, a toddler, and a frenchie which was fantastic. My parents loved sitting on the deck on the patio furniture. Plenty of parking and a great driveway in back that made unloading easier. Most of all, Arifur was very responsive and helpful! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Okay, as for my first Airbnb I’m Impressed and moved by the hospitality. The quality of the home and the host are equally amazing and would stay again!

My family and I stayed here and we loved it. The host, Maseyree, was very responsive and helpful while we stayed. Place was cleaned and everyone kept to themselves, very easy to find and parking is easy to find as well !

Had such a nice stay at the Elm House. I've been traveling throughout the south for fieldwork, and this is one of the nicest airbnbs I've stayed in. It was cozy and good stress relief. Although it's in close walking distance to cute breweries with good beer and food, it feels like you're nestled into the woods with all the trees. The bed in the loft was amazingly comfy, and the ambiance made me feel at home. Taylor was a wonderful host and was super responsive. I'll be coming back for fieldwork in the spring and would book this house again in a heartbeat.

My stay was a very warm welcoming and pleasant vibe. Mayon even had snacks inside when I checked in. I enjoyed my stay and I will definitely recommend this calming Airbnb to my family and friends while visiting Atlanta, Ga.

I had a wonderful time at Anthony and Kendra’s cottage. The tranquil location was ideal, and I loved spending mornings on the deck enjoying a cup of coffee and listening to the sounds of birds and wildlife. The spacious and beautifully decorated cottage had all the amenities I required. When I return to visit family in the area, I would definitely stay here again. The hosts were excellent and very accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

The accommodation was charming, and super clean the location was ideally situated within a 15-minute drive of all our destinations. We also enjoyed exploring some of the local neighborhood restaurants.

I really enjoyed my stay here! It was very roomy, clean and comfortable. Great location, beautiful view, safe and peaceful area. I attended a baby shower around the corner at the Bunny Hive and it was the perfect location coming from out of state. Would definitely stay here again!

Very welcoming little cottage.. it was clean and smelled nice.. lots of little gestures that made a big difference (like having footies and flip flops available for your use as soon as you enter the home) overall we would stay here again!

Jwaundace was an amazing host. Very communicative and made check in easy. I told her that my wife and I were celebrating a birthday and she offered to set up the room with decorations or a surprise gift for my wife if i sent the stuff, that thoughtfulness itself made the stay worthwhile. On top of it all the house looked exactly like the pictures and was beautiful, charming & comfy . Would definitely stay again.
