If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

Lorna and Willie were super nice people and Willie’s vegetable garden is worthy of a postcard, it took me back to a time when I use to help my grandparents in their garden. We will definitely stay there next year when we come back down. A special thanks to them for doing our laundry. The washing machine in the unit would not work and I told them about it on our way to the formula drift race and when we got back that night they took our clothes out of the washing machine and did them in their washing machine and folded them and put them back in our unit. Suck a blessing to have suck kind people in today’s world. I couldn’t thank them enough. Willie and Lorna you are the BEST!!!! God Bless and hope to see you next year. :)

Stayed here for my boyfriend's birthday. he is into smart homes and gave me kudos on finding this gem. Being right upstairs from the beltline was amazing...got in a nice run before we headed home. Will have to visit another time and explore beltline again, will def stay here again.

Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all expectations. The views were absolutely breathtaking waking up to that scenery every morning was like a dream. The space was beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made sure every detail was just right. If you're looking for a peaceful escape with stunning views, this is the place. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I would have to say, without a doubt, that this was the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The unit itself was amazing and as-advertised, but what really set it apart was the immense beauty of the back yard and pool area. Don’t bother buying a ticket to the Atlanta Botanical Garden—essentially an entire botanical garden is included with your stay!! My family came into town for a wedding on a Friday. We had all day Saturday free, and spent a big chunk of it just relaxing i the back yard by the pool. Dina was a great host! Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful small studio. The highlight for us was the gorgeous porch - the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet morning coffee while taking in the peaceful surroundings. The studio is beautifully furnished, spotless and incredibly serene. Everything felt thoughtfully curated and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better - it’s nestled in a sweet neighborhood and just a short walk to great restaurants, local shops and everything you could need. We felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed chuck and Kelly’s place! They had the house fully stocked with everything that you would need. Loved the furniture and decor, and the couch was unbelievably comfortable. Loved all the extra blankets too ! The vanity in the bedroom was a huge bonus for my teenage daughter and I! The only thing my two older kids recommended is TVs in the other 2 bedrooms 🤣 your place was great ! And we loved the location. We were there for several things, one being the vampire diaries stuff. If you’re looking for a place to stay to enjoy the stuff from the show this is perfect. Loved the area, and communication and check in was great ! Thanks again for hosting us chuck and Kelly!

Absolutely stunning home in a prestigious neighborhood—within 30 minutes of prime restaurants, shopping, and countless other attractions. The house itself is spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. The host communicated only when necessary and was respectful of our privacy. As a bonus, the modern architecture is a pleasant treat and there's an excellent book collection on-site if you're into that kind of thing and have time to kill during your stay.

My husband said he loved his stay at Mystic Falls. The beds were top notch… His words. He would definitely stay again!

Everything was as listed. Very nice house, yard and close to the square. The house was well stocked with everything I could possibly need.

This place was great! It still felt spacious with a group of 10 people! Check in was easy; the host was responsive & even came over to get extra linens for the couch bed out of storage for us. There were plenty of extra toiletries in case someone forgot shampoo, conditioner, etc & ample pots, pans, cups, plates, bowls, and silver ware. The house is in a nice, safe neighborhood & super close to Walmart if you need to grab anything. The house was clean in all the ways that mattered (perfectly clean beds/linens, bathroom, kitchen, and living areas). Would definitely recommend to anyone with a larger group that wants to stay together. We were able to spend quality time together in the large common areas, but there were also plenty of bathrooms so everyone could spread out & not have trouble coordinating shower & bathroom times, etc! Wendy did a fantastic job of helping us with this rental for customers visiting the area. The home was clean, exactly as listed and advertised, and my customers loved the location and amenities. I would highly recommend this home to anyone seeking a place to stay on Lake Jackson.

Scott was an excellent host! He explained everything before we arrived and was super responsive with any questions I had. He made sure we had whatever we needed for the duration of the stay. The space was tastefully decorated, bed linens and bathroom linens were extremely clean! The house was close to the square and anything you would need, I definitely recommend Scott’s place and would absolutely stay again!

This was a great place to stay. We felt right at hoke from the moment we walked in. It is in a nice, peaceful neighborhood. It is also close to the square if you are planning on going there for The vampire diaries tours. The house was very clean and beds were very comfortable. We had no complaints at all about our stay.

Adrianas was very responsive and informative.I had problems finding the place and Adriana was understanding and helpful I love the fireplace in the living and the nice views of downtown Atlanta.Everything was just like in the pictures

Let me start this place was absolutely beautiful!! I have stayed in many bnb but Ive never been in one so setup I literally felt like I was at a relative guest house it was equipped with everything literally on down to deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrush in case you forgot your own. I traveled with my in-laws and they have knee problems she went as far as to send a a picture where they can access the apartment without the couple steps. While we were there we accidentally broke a couple dishes offered to pay she turned it saying accidents happens I forgot to mention the games, the snacks and a cabinet full of seasonings to cook. Oh yeah we was looking for something to do she has a notebook full food and activity places if you’re looking at this place don’t hesitate to book her response time was almost immediately every time

Sara's place was perfect for the convention we attended that was about a block away. The security at the entrance and multiple locked checkpoints made us feel safe during our stay, and Sara was super responsive when we had any questions. I'm hoping we can get it again for next year!

I had a great stay at Julian’s place! He was incredibly professional and responsive, always quick to answer any questions and made check-in seamless. The space was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was also super convenient, centrally located with easy access to everything I needed in Atlanta. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Julian as a host!

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.
