Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot located on a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border with rural views and great walks around the farm. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

Chipping Norton is a hub of activity with a bustling well-stocked bookshop, cafés and restaurants. The hut is set in a private garden, on the edge of fields with extensive countryside sunset views. A wonderful place to relax and unwind in the country surrounded by fields, wildlife and ancient hedgerows. A log burning stove keeps the hut cosy and warm. Open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with a shower. Gas BBQ for alfresco cooking.

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.
