Cap Ferret Cabin 2 to 3 people "The Surf Shack"

Outbuilding at the end of our garden in the middle of the block in a very quiet area. Its surface area is 36 m2 and its private terrace is completely independent and hidden from the main house. The chalet is originally intended to accommodate a couple but we can add an extra bed for a child. The chalet is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and ventilated between each tenant. WE ONLY PROVIDE HOUSE LINENS UPON REQUEST (€30 local laundry rate).

Built in the spirit of the ARCACHON BAY cabins, it includes upstairs: an apartment for 4 (2 adults and 2 children (or young teenagers)). A beautiful 12 m2 terrace overlooks the water. Parking. Outside, you can rest in the deckchairs or garden furniture, enjoy a meal cooked on the griddle or simply go to the end of the street to enjoy the beach!

This 110m2 barn will stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter thanks to thermal insulation works completed in 2022 :-) On the edge of the Arjuzanx Reserve, where you can swim and practice nautical activities in the summer, and watch the crane migration in winter... The ocean beaches (Mimizan, Contis, Lespecier...) are 45min away by car.
