Each bedroom includes private bath with shower and 2 have bath tubs. Private access to Laguna Beaches most exclusive beach (Turks Beach tucked between 1000 steps and Tablerock) private stairs connected to the house leading to the sand. 1 over sized master bedroom with en suite bath, king bed/roll away full bed. Downstairs has a phenomenal deck, full bath, Queen sofa, dining area and a fully stocked kitchen. CENTRAL AC/HEAT (Washer and Dryer Room!) Phenomenal location in an older house.
