Loved this treehouse! So much fun for my friend and I. Two sixty-something ladies in town for some fun and tired of boring hotels. The detail and craftmanship Dan has put into this treehouse is amazing. It is unbelievably solid as well. The bathroom and shower are adorable and look like an outhouse. Wish we could have had more time to spend on the beautiful upstairs balcony but our schedule was too packed. The AC worked well for the hot days we were there and wireless was also good. If stairs and ladders are hard for you, this may not be a place for you to stay. But if you want adventure, something totally unique and in a safe area near lots of things, this is for you. It would be amazing if you have kids. My friend and I didn't want to sleep in the same bed so one of us slept on the couch. There is also a spare matress you can use but the couch was fine for us, maybe not for a larger person. I highly recommend, and when we come back to OC we'll definitely stay here if we can.

We had a great time staying here! The studio is located right in the downtown area of Newport Beach with the water and lots of restaurants a few steps away! We came for our honeymoon and the studio was the perfect amount of space for two people. The balcony was really nice to have as well! We did wish there was a dresser so we didn’t have to live out of suitcases, but everything else was awesome!

The unit was exactly as described in the listing. The unit was clean and very easy to check in to with the keypad. The host was very polite, friendly, and answered all of our questions. Fantastic price and I would stay here again

I was in Orange County just for one night for a baseball game. The price for this location was perfect, less then I probably would have paid for a hotel, with that advantage that it supports local business. Teresa's instructions for entry were very detailed, with pictures included in the description. The cottage is private, but as I was traveling alone, I appreciated that it was privacy with someone nearby such that I felt safe. The home is conveniently located, but is also tucked away in a setting that feels rural and peaceful. I greatly enjoyed my trip.

Jay’s place was a perfect spot on Newport Peninsula. We walked everywhere ! Beach only 5 min walk down the street. We loved it was right across the street from Pavilions grocery, lots of places to eat and also Lido Marina! Location perfect, clean, lots of space, loved the 3 bedrooms & 2 baths and big kitchen! We will be back for sure! Great spot for my family! Thank you Jay! 🌟👏🙌❤️😘

Our stay was amazing! The host were very accommodating and friendly! Everything was as described and the home was beautiful had so many essentials which made our stay comfortable! Home is super cozy we can’t wait to stay again soon!

Angela’s place was perfect for my short getaway. The studio apartment is beautifully decorated and tucked away into a private area. It was very clean and organized with every amenity you could want in a studio apartment. Most importantly the bed was super comfortable and I slept extremely well during my stay even on the first night. It is very close to the beach as well as an upscale shopping and dining district. And… Angela is an excellent host. She gave me a ton of privacy while at the same time making sure I had everything I needed. I hope to stay at her place again soon!!

Absolutely loved my stay! The space was spotless, beautifully styled, with the perfect out door area. Everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect: quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed.

This was a perfect location for us as we helped move our daughter out of UCI. We loved being able to walk to yummy eats at diamond jamboree and run along the path. The place itself is clean and spacious and just as described. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our future visits. Thanks again!

Beautiful Apartment with amazing views. Check in check out process is cumbersome as you have to make two trips to the apartment each time. There is a lot of traffic noise as it is right next to a very busy road.

This was a lovely place to stay. Beautifully decorated, squeaky clean, nice quiet neighborhood, full kitchen with everything we needed for meals. Laundry room was helpful and the outdoor table and chairs with the fountain was also a nice and peaceful retreat. Cindy was friendly and promptly responsive. There are great restaurants just a few minutes away as well as local attractions. We definitely hope to stay again in the future.

Daniel’s place is very cute, clean & comfortable. It has all you need for a perfect stay. It’s very close to restaurants & shopping. And very close to the beach. I highly recommend and will visit again.

Great stay! Sadly, we only stayed one night, however, it was comfortable, clean, and in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything was set up to be user-friendly, and the hosts were very open to communication. Great stay, and highly recommend this Airbnb.

Place was exactly as described! Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Host was friendly and responded quickly. I especially enjoyed the driveway parking, washer and dryer with detergent supplied, comfy bed and couch, and extra blankets for lounging and watching the giant smart TV. 100% would stay with Huong again!

This was a great place to stay, close to grocery stores and the beach and it only took half hour to get to Disneyland. They had AC in the general area of the house and a washer and dryer and a great kitchen. And great bedrooms. Our host Adam was amazing and super Duper Responsive when we when we communicated with him super helpful. It was easy to find and not too far off the freeway. Would recommend staying here plus you have a parking space where a parking is at a premium in LA.
