Absolutely fantastic stay! Bettina is the best airbnb host ever. I asked a lot of questions before and during my stay. Bettina always responded immediately. She was super helpful and knowledgeable about the area. She provided detailed and clear check in instructions so getting in was stress-free. The airbnb was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. It reflects the low-key old Florida feel of AMI and Cortez. It is not luxurious. If I wanted that I would have gone to Palm Beach! For me, it was perfect. I felt completely comfortable walking by myself at night, and everyone I encountered said hi and was happy to stop and chat without being at all obtrusive. Washer and dryer were great. This was my first time staying "off island," and I really liked being immersed in an authentic "Old Florida" community. I walked to Bradenton Beach with no problem. It would be an easy bike or golf cart ride with a bike lane most of the way. I'd gladly stay in any of Bettina's airbnbs!

Cynthia and Niki were the absolute most wonderful, communicative, friendly, and caring hosts I have ever encountered in nearly a decade of using Airbnb. I was visiting my elderly father with dementia, and as he has difficulties out in public, Seas the Day ended up being the perfect, comfortable, safe space to take him for lunches and relaxation. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and provided an excellent place to make a meal - the back bedroom also felt very safe and private. I also absolutely loved that I was barely a hop and a slip to the beach - your on Anna Maria Island in less than 4 minutes. Neighbors were very friendly, and the little park by the marina offered pretty sunset views when I didn't want to hit the beach. All in all, this was a wonderful stay and I would be lucky to stay here again. Cynthia and Niki really have made it a safe, wonderful place ❤️

Great house and great location the view was beautiful and amazing also beautiful house and surroundings. Host was wonderful ,great communication, I would definitely stay again !!!

Suzanne is an excellent host. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood, Was perfect for us, spacious and nicely furnished. Especially enjoyed the lanai.
