Vacation rentals with a patio in Cortez

Perfect place for an individual or couple. Very clean and well thought out. Nice neighborhood with parks and bike trails nearby. I could bike to my mom’s on just the bike trails. The host is very friendly and helpful. And the neighborhood has wild peacocks that are fun to watch.

We had a great stay at Lisa’s. It was well stocked and had everything we needed for a great stay. Would definitely recommend!

Caroline & her husband were super helpful & great with communication. I used all of the amenities (kitchen, laundry, backyard) and all were the perfect addition to feeling right at home. The airbnb is a cozy gem as described. would definitely stay again ☆☆☆☆☆

My husband and I went for a 2 day concert and this place was perfect for what we needed. quiet, we were able to sleep well. very clean. I would absolutely book again.

My family absolutely loved staying here. Cecilia was so helpful and gave great recommendations for the surrounding beaches. The house had literally everything we needed for our stay, hanging out in the pool and our beach days. The location is perfect for getting to the beach. We had a great stay at this beautiful and spacious home in Bradenton. It was perfect for our group, with comfortable bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The pool area was very enjoyable refreshing after hot beach days. The location is excellent, just under 15 minutes from the beach and close to stores, restaurants, and markets. The house also includes beach gear, which was super convenient. There’s a grill area and a yard with games for everyone to enjoy. The lake view made our morning coffee even better. My family and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely book again!

Dayana’s place was a terrific place to stay! She was very helpful and was always ready to answer any questions we had. I would recommend her and her property to anyone! Very beautiful area, would love to come back.

Alvena is a very kind and gracious host! The house was very clean and we appreciated that it was catered to families. My three small kids enjoyed the few toys and we were so appreciative of the high chair, pack n play, and beach supplies. The house is 20min from Lido Beach which made it easy for us to trek over for a couple hours one of our days. Would recommend!

Gina and her husband are very friendly and courteous. They are very responsive and offered help, ensuring our stay was a nice experience. The house was spotless, brand new appliances and furniture. From the front porch we enjoyed the stunning sunset and the birds singing the beautiful end of the day; each day offered us peace and tranquility. The nearby beach, just a 10 mins drive is simply amazing and one of the most beautiful we have seen. We highly recommend and look forward coming back soon. Thank you.

My husband and I really enjoyed our vacation at the wonderful apartment of Lauren and Mario, the place is so clean and cozy. Also, few minutes away from the beach and we drove few times to South Lido Key Beach Park which was so quiet and clean (highly recommend). We definitely will come back 💕

Had a great stay and everything was as listed. Clean and convient, quiet location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Was located right across from both pool and laundry room (quarters only) which was great. William also provided beach chairs and umbrella as well as small cooler which was exactly what I needed

We truly loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was super-super clean, modern-designed, had everything we needed, and even much more! Full spectrum of laundry/cleaning/bathroom supplies in abundance. The space is very cozy, stylish, and the location was really convenient - walking distance to Publix, good restaurants, and other useful places. Andrew and Angel are great hosts and kindest people! Responded immediately and positively to all our questions. Can’t wait to get back and stay here again! We feel lucky to find this place! Thank you Angel and Andrew!

As a mother traveling with kids, this place has everything you’re gonna need! Beautiful pool, cute put-put golf, beach towels, Sand toys, Sun shade, wagon, cooler, beach chairs. My girls played volleyball all week! Private houses on both sides of the unit… so it’s never crowded. We saw several manatees while swimming in the ocean and we got to witness loggerheads nesting at night! So if you’re looking for a truly relaxing vacation (for mom too) I highly recommend this unit and mostly, Heidi as a host!

We love this apartment. It was comfy, well organized and beautiful decorated. It is located perfectly, close to Publix, Walgreens, the beach, restaurants, etc. We loved the deck/dock area to relax and fish and the beautiful views. We saw so many dolphins. We definitely enjoy and loved this place. So worth it. The host was always so nice, respectful and responsive to our needs. Thank you and it was 💯 worth it.
