This is the perfect spot if you are visiting Mancos. It is such a charming little place. So many cool shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Amazing biking and hiking and water activities all within 15-20 minutes. The space was perfect for our group and we really loved being so close to everything.

It was such a lovely place. Was in impression it would be very small but was perfect size. Endless views. Sitting out and letting our toddler play is the best memory from this place.

Ravensnest, the Bears Den

MartinRating, 5 stars6 days ago
My spouse and I have stayed at 25 to 30 Airbnb's in the past six years or so. Michelle's Airbnb is the best Airbnb that we have ever stayed at. Michelle is very friendly and provided us with very useful information about visiting Canyons of the Ancients national monument. Her property is complete with a medicine wheel, labyrinth, and small pond with koi fish. Michelle was a fabulous host. she was very warm, friendly and welcoming, explaining in detail how to get to her favorite trail, Sand Canyons inside the Canyo s of the Ancient. As she happened to be baking that day. she offered us a lovely loaf of bread with home made jam. What a treat. We had a lovely visit with her on our 2 night there a d loved her exquisite garden, the Bear den that was ever so comfortable and lived visiting her spiritual, relaxing home and gardens! Highly recommend her wonderful spot for 2 a d she also has cottages on the property for more people. Hope to return for sure!

We had an awesome stay! Loved being by the bike trails and paddle boarding at the lake. The tranquility of the area was devine. The house is perfect -well insulated from sound, great deck outside, had very well stocked kitchen we cooked all our meals at the house. Pablo was always super quick to respond and shared recommendations. The house is very clean, open yet had everything you need. Definitely recommend staying!!

The Bunker - personal, private with a grand view.

JessicaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We absolutely loved our stay at the bunker! We stayed for about a month and it was perfect. The view is stunning and location is so peaceful. Susan’s place is right outside the Sand Canyon park, with a trail leaving the property to meet up with park trailheads within minutes. My husband works remotely and had adequate internet with Starlink. We enjoyed hiking in the afternoons. Grocery stores in Cortez are about 15 minutes away. There is a full kitchen in the bunker, although not pictured. On the weekends we were just about an hour to Durango to enjoy more outdoors and hot springs. We would absolutely stay again! Susan was a great host, very friendly and helpful if you’re needing local recommendations. Thank you again!

I did not know what to expect with my second time staying at an Airbnb. When I got there, it was super cozy and with the most amazing view when you walk out the door. Scot was friendly and super responsive when emailing him. I would definitely like to stay there again.
