Vacation rentals with breakfast in Cooma-Monaro Council

I had a lovely stay with Kami and her family. They made me feel very welcome in their home. Check in/out was easy and we had good communications also during my stay. Really good amenities were provided as well as a spot for parking my car. Located in a quiet, leafy suburb, close to supermarkets, other shops and cafes. Would definitely stay again should I need short term accommodation in the future.

Our hosts were wonderful and responsive to all of our needs. The home was well equipped for a family with all of the linens and kitchen furnishings. We were within walking distance to a grocery store as well as quite a few good restaurants. Cleaning and landscaping services were provided for our long term stay. Thank you for sharing your home and allowing us to explore the beautiful Canberra region.

We had a great stay, our dog was happy and the backyard area was good for him. Plenty of pet friendly areas around Pambula and possibly the best fish and chips we've ever had. The location is pretty central for day trips to Merimbula, Eden, and other places. The bed was very comfy (I mention this as someone who often finds mattresses in accommodation to be somewhat lacking in comfort). All in all we had a lovely time!

We had an amazing stay at this cozy and beautiful place—it truly felt like a home away from home. Suzanne and Rosemary were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. A highlight of the trip was their brewery beer, Keita, which is an absolute must-try! I’m already looking forward to the day I can return to this wonderful gem. Highly recommended!

Thanks to Jun and their team for hosting us. After we found the keybox near to the apartment, we settled in to a great one bedroom apartment close to Westfield Woden, on the 18th floor. The apartment itself was well appointed. We didn't cook that much but most equipment and utensils were available. Big tv with lots of free to air channels. I think you could log into streaming services if you have your own account. Secure car parking included in the basement. It was a very warm and cosy stay during a very cold week!

It was a lovely stay. Dianne is a lovely host. So was Libby. The unit was beautiful. Kitchen was fully stocked. Dianne advice to start the walk from the right side was great advice. Would not hesitate to recommend to others. Our next trip we would like to stay at Dianne’s place.

I have stayed multiple times now and it is always a pleasure coming back for a weekend snow trip. As the conditions up top weren’t as favourable this time round, it was great to chat with Stephen during the day to get some excellent recommendations and insights into his North American ski trips. I look forward to coming back next season with a full report on my northern hemisphere winter adventures.

Judy is the perfect host. Everything was perfect & extremely clean, neat & tidy. The space in the room & bathroom was huge, much bigger than I imagined. Judy answered questions very quickly before, and during my stay. The light breakfast supplies were amazing, she even asked me what type of bread, juice & yogurt and milk I preferred ! The little coffee machine was great. It was nice to have the microwave to heat up some food I had taken along from my home. I attended a ballroom dance weekend & arriving back late each night was no problem. I highly recommend staying at Judy’s place, you won’t be disappointed.

A really lovely stay at Phillips place while visiting Perisher - so beautiful, very comfy and super clean. We look forward to staying again next year during snow season again!

An amazing location to stay, not only because of its location and proximity to the main lifts and t-bars at Perisher (you can ski right onto them). The food was excellent, and all the people lovely! Great setup for all your snow gear as well. Would highly recommend!

Ingrid and Geoff’s place was one of our favourite spots we have stayed. I have never been somewhere with the same level of attention to detail, cleanliness, and relaxation. We felt right at home and Ingrid went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. We appreciated all the extra touches and the wonderful breakfast. The location is wonderful and we found ourselves to be so relaxed. It is in a serene setting but not too far from Moruya town. We loved going exploring and were thankful for all of Ingrid’s suggestions. We cannot recommend staying here more highly and will be returning. Thanks so much for hosting us! :)

Phillip was an amazing host! incredibly welcoming and super helpful from the moment I arrived. He made everything easy and stress-free. The accommodation had absolutely everything you could need, making it feel like a home away from home. Comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully set up. You can tell Phillip really cares about his guests. A beautiful place for a relaxed, warm and cosy getaway. Very dog friendly and we particularly appreciated the secure garden and deck area for Isla, the dog, to follow us around without being on a lead. The kitchen is well equipped and we prepared all of our meals, apart from one, in the cottage. Very nice to be able to walk around the property, which has lots of wildlife and bird species. Less than an hour to Bermagui with great fish and chips and off leash dog friendly beaches. The hosts live a short distance away on the property and were very responsive to questions via AirBnB messenger. The lovely home made bread and jams supplied were a nice treat. We will be back for another visit sometime.
