This lovely studio cabin, situated on our 27 acre farm, is ideal for couples who are looking for a rural getaway, but also want to be close to beaches (15 minutes by car) and towns, our closest of which, Milton, is just 8 minutes away. We raise beef cattle, and have 2 friendly border collies. Our hens will provide you with eggs for a do-it-yourself cooked breakfast, while the bacon is locally sourced! Fully self contained and stand alone cottage. Half way between Nowra and Ulladulla. Only 3 minutes from the highway but far enough away to escape all the noise. If you enjoy rural tranquility and a chance to listen to the birds this is the place for you. If you want to be 5 mins away from shops and restaurants - this place is not for you! (it will take you about 20- 30 minutes to get to those)! There is excellent privacy with separate driveway access from the main house.
