Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Cocoa Beach

The place was great for my friends and I to all meet up. A 1 minute walk to the beach matched with the pool was unbeatable. Stuart communicated well and the self check in was fairly easy. We had a great time, thanks again!

The home was beautifully decorated. You can tell they care and do upgrades. Then bonus room is a little outdated, but it was closed off from the main area with French doors. You could easily open it for added space if you have a large family gathering. Great place for kids to hang out. Ping pong table was a hit. Washer and dryer worked great. Bedrooms were nice. Beds were comfortable. The master on suite. Well i don’t want to ruin the surprise or the laughs, It is one of those scratch my head and laugh. The shower was wonderful lots of hot water. We would definitely book again. Due to storms we could not use the pool but it was clean and well kept.

We so enjoyed our stay that we extended another few days. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Love the 60’s decor and the terrazzo floor. The home is in a very nice neighborhood with a great park right around the corner where we were able to walk our dogs every day. About 1/2 mile from a beautiful beach. And my favorite..the tropical plants in the backyard with a huge saltwater pool! Beth was exceptional when it came to responding to my messages, usually within minutes and went out of her way to make sure we were enjoying our stay and to see if we had any questions or needs! We are already planning our trip for next year!

Really enjoyed our stay! Backyard really was an oasis. Had a lot of fun playing pickleball and basketball and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Home was clean and they had everything we needed and things we didn't think of (e.g. skewers for making s'mores in the fire pit, beach chairs) Appreciated the responsiveness in communication and from hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

Shawn’s place was quit cozy and fit our family perfectly. The pool was a nice bonus. We were only here one night but would def stay again.

This house was great! Stayed with my family, including 5 of my parent’s grandkids. There were soo many toys and items for the kids to use! The pool was heated and felt amazing. We spent all day outside and not one kid was bored! Loves it and wish we could have stayed longer

Tim’s house was absolutely amazing so big and spacious and he had it set up so nicely for us was easy to get a hold of or any questions. I can’t thank him enough for being such a gracious host. If I could give six stars, I would.

We had a horrific dog friendly experience stay several months ago elsewhere, so was a bit worried! But the reviews and pictures of Michelles place looked good, but hard to recover from a bad rental experience. I would have to say her rental was so exceptional that I feel good again about renting from her again or others that rent to people with dogs. Just because I have dog or dogs doesn't mean I live in filth, and I could tell Michelle gets that! Her place was plenty big for the two of us with our dog and centrally located. I appreciated that she seemed to think of everything someone would need. The bed was comfortable as my back can give me issues at times. All in all, I would highly recommend this home away from home!

I’m not even sure where to begin… from the very first day Elise was the best host! She immediately responded when we had a question at check in and took care of it. Her home had everything we needed… We were lucky to get her place when we did! We stayed there waiting on our home to be built and it could not have been better! The canal was full of manatees every day and we were minutes from anything we needed. What an amazing place and an even better host!

Megan’s place was perfect. The attention to detail was impressive. The home was very comfortable and clean. The decor was so cute. She provided everything we would ever need. Check-in was easy, and her communication was wonderful. The location was convenient, and we felt very safe.

Just wanna say thank you to Timothy for providing an awesome Airbnb experience beautiful home less than five minute walk from the beach. Great little restaurants and bars also walking distance so an Uber and irresponsible driving was unnecessary. 10 out of 10 would definitely stay again. Thank you Timothy for everything.

The host communicated well and very timely! The place was beautiful and the location was great. I was surprised at how much you could see in the canal! The whole experience was excellent and I will definitely be back!

The place was beautiful and had a lot of beds just enough for my big family. The back yard was great, the hot tub, frogs, lizards and turtle shack was awesome! We lit a fire and played games all night! As we sat in the hot tub we seen the Kennedy Space Rocket blast off from the space center and watched it blast off from the back yard. It was awesome! The place was everything and more they explained on the Airbnb app!

Everything was great and I would stay here again.

It was awesome. Loved walking to the beach and going to a live band playing near by.

Great place! Very clean and beautiful property. William has a lot to do just on his property, bikes, hot tub, kayaks and we rented his pontoon boat. They went over everything with the pontoon boat too. Safe operation, local places to eat and swim. I would definitely recommend staying here and I hope to do so again in the future!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Ben’s place. It was exactly as described. It was comfortable, clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was gorgeous. The pool was very nice. The kids had fun with the games, puzzles and ping pong table. We had bikes and plenty of beach chairs, towels and toys. Perfect accommodations. Ben worked with us to fix our reservation when we mistakenly canceled it at the last moment. His help was invaluable. Highest of recommendations!

The place was clean and was bigger than what I expected. We had 4 adults and 2 kids- plenty of room. Our host was nice enough to allow us to get back in when we discovered we left something . Easy experience- would definitely stay again.

Coco Casa is absolutely wonderful! The backyard oasis is relaxing and serene. The property has so much to offer, and it’s very evident the owners put passion into creating such a marvelous home. I loved that the kitchen is stocked with all of your needs and then some. They really thought of everything—from shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, dish soap to q-tips, Advil, Tylenol, Thera flu, booster seat, nail polish remover, Swiffer pads, laundry products, and more. It was convenient to have a lot of extra bath towels and beach towels. Every room has a smart tv, as well as a theme. There’s a really nice coffee bar, a large outdoor kitchen, lots of pool toys, bikes to ride to the beach, and more. My favorite part of the house is the waterfall.

We completely enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was 100% stocked and we loved the large screened porch with Tiki bar and flat screen. The pool is a deep pool with depths of 6'5". They provided so many pool toys and floaties too. The pool table was so fun while the kids enjoyed the pool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Location was perfect. We were close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Can’t think of one thing we needed that we couldn’t get access to. Manatees were there to greet us EVERY morning. (9-10am seemed to be the best viewing time!) One morning, we saw a total of 7 manatees, all together, right in front of our doc. Absolutely magical. We did have an unexpected plumbing issue occur, but Brian and Charity were so super responsive and got things taken care of for us right away. Truly couldn’t have asked for better and more attentive hosts. We look forward to booking this fabulous home on our next family vacation!

Absolutely loved our stay at this beach house! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, and they had everything we needed for a fun day by the ocean (chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc.). The house itself was beautifully decorated, super clean, and fully stocked with all the essentials. Perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommend!

Wow! This property had it all. It was perfect for our family get away. Ping pong, kayaks, paddle boards, and the most peaceful back “yard” ever. We saw dolphins, manatees, and birds galore. Our family made memories and relaxed well.
