Beachfront vacation rentals in Cocoa Beach

Condo was decorated beautifully. Looks like it came out of a magazine! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking at the ocean. The host was very responsive. We had an issue with the AC and she got someone out to fix it in a few hours and kept us informed the entire time. The private beach access is a definite perk and the beach was not busy. Condo is well equipped with what you would need. We got to witness a rocket launch from the beach and it was one of the coolest things I have ever seen. We would definitely stay here again and we’re really sad to leave.

Megan’s place was perfect. The attention to detail was impressive. The home was very comfortable and clean. The decor was so cute. She provided everything we would ever need. Check-in was easy, and her communication was wonderful. The location was convenient, and we felt very safe.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Location was perfect. We were close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Can’t think of one thing we needed that we couldn’t get access to. Manatees were there to greet us EVERY morning. (9-10am seemed to be the best viewing time!) One morning, we saw a total of 7 manatees, all together, right in front of our doc. Absolutely magical. We did have an unexpected plumbing issue occur, but Brian and Charity were so super responsive and got things taken care of for us right away. Truly couldn’t have asked for better and more attentive hosts. We look forward to booking this fabulous home on our next family vacation!

We had a wonderful time in Lihua's place. We had everything we needed, it was very clean, and the beds are so comfortable as well. Perfect location with plenty of things within walking distance. The view through the kitchen and living space is a dream, as well as the master. Lihua was very helpful when needed and it was a joy to stay here. We have been to Cocoa Beach multiple times and we will definitely come back to her place!

My husband and I love Cocoa Beach and especially loved the location of this unit. Very convenient to walk to bars and restaurants to enjoy live entertainment.

We will definitely be back to this place! It has amazing space throughout the house, with a very open floorplan. The enclosed pool/spa area is so peaceful! We got out on the kayaks and went down the river. There is also a paddleboat, but we didn't end up using it. The ocean/beach access is literally right across the street. I prefer to stay on the Banana River side to kayak and because it's way more private. The garage has a nice car to haul chairs across the street in a very lightweight, easy manor. We didn't bring our pets, but it is pet friendly and I met my friend with her dogs at the the dog park which is also right across the street by the Lori Wilson beach access/grilling/park area. Our host had amazing communication! Best airbnb I've ever stayed in and that's saying A LOT because we travel A LOT.

beautiful place! pictures don't do it justice. everything you need and the view is amazing! host is responsive and sent text messages of things going on ( shuttle launches) OH and did I mention you can watch the launches right from the balcony! a long with cruise ships departing. highly recommend, we will return!!!

We traveled with our 3- and 4-year-old kids, and everything was wonderful. The place is cozy and quiet, very clean and beautiful. It’s close to the ocean, which was perfect. Honestly, we have no words — everything was just the way we hoped and planned. We’re definitely planning to come back again!

The place was absolutely perfect, stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, pool and a few steps to the beach. Oversized living room. Close to restaurants. The balcony was great for my morning coffee. I would definitely rent again.

My family and I stayed over Memorial Day weekend and loved the location. Very close to the beach and a quick drive to plenty of restaurants. The hosts were very helpful when I needed to change our check out date last minute. We would love to stay again.

Beautiful place in a great location. Clean and stocked with supplies. Loved the code entry so no key at the beach. 15 seconds walk to the pool, 1 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes by car to the Port restaurants. 10 minutes to Cocoa Beach. The host was very helpful! We loved our vacation here! Lots for the kids and adults to do. The beach was very quiet and nice. The house boat had everything we needed. A very peaceful and fun family time!!!

Had a great stay at this air bnb. Communication was clear and checking in was easy. I particularly enjoyed how close the house was to the beach. The hosts even provided beach chairs and other beach equipment for our use. Thank you for a great stay!

I had an excellent stay. Suzi's place was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Beach was great. She provided great instructions so everything was easy to find.

Great place! Very clean and beautiful property. William has a lot to do just on his property, bikes, hot tub, kayaks and we rented his pontoon boat. They went over everything with the pontoon boat too. Safe operation, local places to eat and swim. I would definitely recommend staying here and I hope to do so again in the future!!!

This condo was perfect for our family of 6 adults and a baby. It was as described very clean, and modern. All of our needs for the baby were met. The location was absolutely perfect, steps to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and grocery. Beach chairs and umbrella were provided as well as a cooler! Host was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

As native Floridians, we always look for the smaller, private places to stay and we found this hidden gem. The home was clean with no clutter and the location is perfect with a quiet, private beach. David and Kelly were very responsive and we had no troubles at all. We were extremely pleased with the beds, linens, and everything you would need to cook complete meals in the kitchen. And as an AC & Electric business owner, the AC works great! Not a single complaint on this amazing find. Thank you both for being great hosts!

Olga‘s place was beautiful, and pristine. It was nicely furnished, clean, and relaxing. The view is also beautiful and the location is great. I would love to stay there again. Olga was also flexible and super sweet to communicate with.

This is my third day in this beautiful condo, well decorated clean as can be, beautiful kitchen, full refrigerator. Extremely comfortable and right on the beach as well as within walking distance to restaurants and stores. I will be back. The hosts are amazing! Thank you, David and Eileen….

The location is fantastic, just steps from the beach, making it super easy for morning walks and sunset views. We brought our 6 month old and it was very convenient. The unit was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The host was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend for a beach getaway!
