Vacation rentals with lake access in Cocoa Beach

Ariel and his house were bother awesome and amazing. Probably the most accommodating host and house from anything I've ever stayed at before. can't say enough for all the amenities available. 10/10 would recommend.

This house was an absolute joy to stay in. We disnt need to leave the property to be entertained, it had what we wanted all on site. The fishing, paddle boat, canoe, were all very enjoyable. Sitting on the deck at sunset and sunrise right on the water was amazing.

We can not say enough positive things about this stay and home! So many extra amenities and little touches that were well above and beyond what I’ve ever had from any other Air bnb experience and our family was blown away!!!! Thank you so so so much!!!!! George and Melissa communicated via the app multiple times before and thru the trip- even politely asking if we could grab the trash cans from the curb. We actually took the trash bins back out to the curb the day we left to help out since this stay was so much better than expected. We were able to watch manatees and their babies swim by and feed multiple times a day from the dock. Seen a smaller black tip shark one morning, lots of birds, and took the kayaks out right from the dock. We truly appreciated the stay and stocked coffee bar! Thank you for providing our family a fantastic location for our getaway! Looking forward to coming back here!

This house is perfect for families traveling with kids. The rooms are spacious, comfortable & clean. The main living area is large and the kitchen has all you need. The pool and hot tub are fantastic right out your back door. The view is also nice. I liked that we were close enough to walk to restaurants shops and the beach.

Great location, close to the beach and to Kennedy space center. It’s in a gated neighborhood, so very safe. Joel the host was very responsive and helpful. The dart board and pool table were a great evening time activity Overall we really liked it! We definitely recommend it!

I am very familiar with the area around Charles’s place as we usually stay with an elderly aunt one block over. I’ve always wondered what the canals were like and I’m so glad we stayed at Charles’s place to enjoy the wildlife and scenery — alligator, manatees galore, huge crane, etc. The house was newly updated and immaculate. Wish we could have stayed longer but we will be back next year. I don’t usually have a preference to stay in a place more than once but this home was just perfect.

Was looking for a place to accommodate a group of 6 on a business trip. This place was wonderful! I would definitely book again for my own personal vacation! Cindy is a wonderful host!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was incredibly spacious, which was perfect for our large group—there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The home was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need—from toiletries to kitchen supplies. As a family traveling with a young child, we really appreciated the extra touches like the high chair, Pack 'n Play, and baby gate. It was also clean and beautifully decorated—stylish without feeling cluttered. We had fun with the games provided, and the outdoor area was just as nice, with comfortable seating, a firepit, and a grill. Truly a fantastic stay. Highly recommend!

We have stayed here before. So everything was good just like the last time. The neighbors are very friendly and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Will definitely stay there again when in the area

Loved the location which is walkable to beach, stores, and restaurants. Condo was as described and located on a peaceful pond. Elaine was very responsive to messages.

great place to stay at. location and it was very nice. The only thing they could improve on was the quality of the beds (mattresses) other than that everything was perfect.

This is a cute little place. Very clean, close to the beach, food, and shopping. I would certainly stay here again, the price was great, the accommodations were lovely.

Robin's location in South Cocoa Beach, on the Banana River, is phenomenal. Robin was always responsive and communicative. She went out of her way to accommodate a few special requests. We loved being able to launch our paddleboard and kayak in the backyard. We saw dolphins and water birds every day and saw a rocket launch one night. Robin told us about great restaurants in the area and the timing of the rocket launch. It was nice to have the dryer to dry clothes since we were in the water much of the time. The closest public beach access is easily walkable. It had construction going on, but it wasn't too far to a quieter spot a block or two down. We enjoyed daily paddles and easy walks during our visit. For sleeping comfort, we asked for the thermostat to be lowered at night since that cannot be done from inside the room. The walls, shared with the house, are kind of thin, but blackout curtains and fan (for white noise) made the bedroom more comfy. Overall great spot!

Had a nice stay. The place is a bit small, but we weren’t there too much anyway. It’s a nice, cozy place by the water which is what we needed it for. Has all the amenities we needed and Kelly was great at communicating.

Such a tranquil and lovely stay. Very family friendly. Quiet at nights. My toddler loved the front yard. Has all amenities in kitchen and for beach trips. Easy drive to the beach, Kennedy Space Center, supermarkets, and restaurants. Host is very hospitable. Hope to return again.
