Spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable. Very quiet area, with car parking space outside. Location was convenient to Castletownbere, where I'd recommed both Murphy's restaurant, and McCarthy's bar.

In my many years of Airbnb accommodation, I've never felt as welcome as I did with Maggie and Paddy. Both are always concerned about their guests' well-being, always helpful, and always available with time, advice, and support. The little cottage offers everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing vacation. Quiet yet centrally located. I will never forget my time with them.

We loved our stay at Majella's place! Myself and my parents stayed there for 4 nights. It is such a beautiful and peaceful area and the house is super spacious, clean and well equipped - exactly what we were looking for! There is so much to see in Beara Peninsula. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Having the house as our base was just perfect. The landscape is so stunning, even more beautiful than in the pictures. The house had everything we needed. We cooked most days so having all the kitchen equipment was really helpful. Majella is very friendly and super responsive. She gave us a lot of tips and recommendations to enjoy our stay in the area. Fantastic little place to stay ? Fresh bread and milk and a booklet of the local area was waiting for us. Everything we needed and more was inside. Felt very safe, nice little TV and the space itself is very cozy and was clearly refurbished with time and consideration Would recommend it to anyone.
