Monthly Rentals in Cincinnati

Elizabeth was super communicative from the start. She warned us ahead of time that the building was having WiFi issues which affected the entry codes to get in, which she quickly resolved and it also helped that residents were coming in and out to let us in. The studio was clean and perfect for two people that were on the go most of the time. The location is super walkable to OTR and felt very safe!

Amazing stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was kind and responsive—highly recommend!

The apartment and its location were excellent. Spacious inside. Hardwood floors in living/dining area. Peaceful balcony (I stayed on the second floor). The bedroom was my favorite--comfortable bed and cozy environment. Beautiful, quiet street--as advertised. You are located near the police and fire stations, so you hear sirens periodically. The hosts were superb. They responded quickly and effectively to all questions. They were flexible and understanding. I would consider staying here again Only issue is parking, as noted in other reviews. You will share a garage with the other tenant, but it is difficult for both cars to fit. There is parking along the neighborhood street, though spots may be filled depending on time of day. (I was lucky as the other tenant parked exclusively on the street). This unpredictability in terms of parking is the only hiccup for an otherwise outstanding living experience.

I am a local resident but wanted to take a “staycation” for the 4th of July weekend and Yiwei’s place was perfect! The apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated and a short commute to many Cincinnati restaurants, music venues and shopping. I would definitely stay in Yiwei’s place again for my next local venture! I also loved that Yiwei had everything needed in the kitchen, as well as, coffee AND herbal teas.
