This apartment was a perfect spot for us to stay for our daughter’s graduation from Miami University! It was a quick drive from campus which we appreciated after a long day and night of celebrations. The instructions for check in and getting into the apartment were very easy to follow. We had no issues! The apartment was cute and nicely furnished. Very clean! Would stay again!

Park in the driveway next to my van You might hear the sounds of kids playing next door. Outdoor and Sun porch are shared space that includes a huge in-ground pool, beautiful screened in sun porch, outdoor dining, fire pit, trampoline, & swingset. The pool closes September 23rd will re-open next Summer.

This is a ranch home and there are no steps. This is a quiet location and very peaceful! This place is great for short and mid-term stays for folks needing to be near Cincinnati, Dayton, Mason, West Chester, Middletown, and Springboro. WE are near Kings Island, flea markets, Cincinnati Premium outlets, and the Casino.

Molly and Jay were GREAT hosts. They were very flexible and accommodating of our odd schedule that came with the fishing tournament we were in. The space was private, clean and just what we needed. I would recommend and would stay again!
