We have stayed at this house several times and it is always a very good experience! For those who want to be close to the Village and close to a good market, quiet beach, it is an excellent option. The house is exactly as advertised, the second time I've stayed in the same house. Always very tidy, clean! Super safe gated community! Foot in the sand! Great location! Jade always responds quickly and is very attentive.

Amazing experience! Marcos is an excellent host, very attentive and friendly at all times. The house is located in a very quiet area, a 5-minute walk from Playa Grande. We didn't need to use a car. The rooms are very comfortable. Morning coffee with the view from the hammocks…. Unmissable.

Casa Cubo unites modern architecture, landscaping and urban art in one place. The space is nice, cozy and feels like home. The house is airy, illuminated by natural light and provides a constant connection with nature — whether in a bath overlooking the garden, relaxing on the sofa looking at the Maresias sky or enjoying the pool surrounded by native vegetation. Everything was done with affection and attention to detail: the paintings, the decoration and the environment form a harmonious and enveloping whole. The house is on the sand, a few meters from the beach, with excellent location and easy access to bakery, gas station and other amenities. The condominium is organized, with entrance control, which gave me a sense of security, especially since it was the first trip with my daughter. And Daniel deserves a special mention: super helpful, attentive and available. A real 5-star host!

House very comfortable and with a wonderful view. The pictures can't show everything and we were positively surprised when we arrived at the site. Luana, which has been with us throughout the stay, very good cuisine, is super attentive and made our experience even more special.

Flavia is a sweetheart, super attentive and her son is also cute! Location exactly as described, the view from the bottom and top (bedroom) are wonderful! I went with my pet too and he was comfortable, even with Flávia's son, who fell in love with him. The apartment is excellent, beautiful just like in the photos! Very complete, especially the kitchen, which has a stove, oven, barbecue, water filter, etc. The reception and communication with Izinha was great, whenever we needed her, she responded quickly. The view of the place is stunning and the surroundings are very quiet. It is in the northern region of Ilhabela, a little further from the center, requiring a car for transportation if you want to go to the main restaurants of Ilhabela or to the beaches. I went on a holiday, the island was very crowded, so we got stuck in slow traffic whenever we left, spending 30 to 50 minutes to get to the center or beaches in the South region. There are some beach huts near the apartment, but the structure is inferior to the beaches of the South region. The only point of attention is the ramp to access the house, it is really very steep, with curves. We were in a 4x4 car and went up easily, but it could be a problem for those with a smaller car or who have some mobility difficulties.

The stay was great, starting with all the support from Lucia, who was super attentive from the beginning of the contact. Great house, everything is clean and the view from the house to the beach is spectacular, location close to the market, bakery, restaurants. Everything was very good. I thank Lúcia for the support and flexibility in check-in and check-out as well. We'll definitely be back.

Antonio’s place was one of the best place i have stayed so far. It’s brilliantly located and very easy to commute. Antonio is one of the very best host i have seen so far, i wish him all the very best. I hope to stay again sometime soon.

The house has a beautiful view of the island canal, a beautiful spacious and comfortable balcony. The space is perfect for 4 people, with an integrated kitchen and living room, which allows everyone to be together. It must be a new place, or well maintained. Access is easy and with a good location, close to markets and restaurants. I recommend it.

Our experience was wonderful! The house is even more beautiful in person, full of charm, good taste and beautifully decorated. You can feel the care in every detail. Everything was impeccably clean, with great quality furniture and linens, which made the stay extremely comfortable. The yard is delightful (the dogs loved it!) and the atmosphere of the house is very pleasant. Cristina was an amazing host: always very kind, attentive and available. He gave us great tips on nearby restaurants and places where our dogs could have fun (lol). We felt very welcome. The location is also great — quiet street, close to the beach, good restaurants and in a neighborhood that is a delight. Sure is a place to come back many times!
