Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. Casa Foot in the Sand with Private Pool. Maximum 10 guests. We accept 01 pet up to 10 kg. Place the number of adults, children, babies and pet if any. Security cameras with outdoor recording: garage and pool area/ barbecue area To complete the reservation, we ask for the guests' document number and full name in the Airbnb message field. We offer sheets and pillows. 4 beach chairs and a parasol. We don't offer a washing machine, towels, and throw blankets.

The house is located on Pontal da Cruz Beach (see through the Waze App, as Google Maps recognizes it as Praia do Partido, but the address is correct). Spacious, single-story house with 1,700 m² of land facing the sea. Swimming pool with depth for all children and adults, beautiful garden with coconut trees and trees by the beach and a poolside barbecue area. Boat trips with quick access to Ilhabela and beaches near São Sebastião (to be arranged).

7 minute walk from Camburizinho Beach/Camburi Our house is very exclusive, practically the entire house has a sea view (minus the bathroom rs), bedroom with queen bed, ceiling fan and door to the balcony overlooking the sea. Mezzanino with double mattress and glass wall with window and sea view! fan Very well ventilated house, quiet, and private! Property right on the sand in front of the beach with beautiful views and a large garden. The house has an ocean view from all areas, from the breakfast table to the comfort of the bed. Located in an ARIE (area of relevant ecological interest), where the USP Marine Research Institute is located. Access to the property and 2 beaches controlled by land. In front of the beach, there is a floating bar for boats and there may be music.
