It offers comfort and privacy in a stylish setting with an east-facing private courtyard for morning sun and a west-facing balcony overlooking the street for relaxing in the afternoon. We are on a quiet street, and the bedroom is at the back of the block so there is no street noise at all.

excellent location!!! the unit is Big and spacious. comfortable bed and pillows! Clean and definitely will book again the next time we back in Sydney.

We chose it due to being beside my daughters uni halls. Very close to China town. 2min walk to Spice Alley which we ate at a few times & a 5min walk through the tunnel to central station or bus stops. Felt safe area. Lots of students around. Lovely big apartment. Very bright and nice decor throughout. So much wardrobe space in every room & lots of hangers. Washing machine & tumble dryer very handy to have. Host was great answering any questions. Paid a little bit more money than other properties for the rooftop space that had pool table, hot tub etc. The only negative feedback is the smell of the hot tub. The water was repulsive and not a chemical smell so only used for 5mins and had to get out. Didn’t contact the host at the time though as we didn’t really want to wait in for anyone to come and look at it. I would definitely recommend though apart from this.

I stayed at a place in Surry Hills, Sydney for a few days and had a great experience. The location was perfect—close to great cafes, restaurants, and public transport. The neighborhood had a nice, relaxed vibe. The accommodation itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I’d definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Sydney.

We loved our stay - the space was as shown in the pictures and was extremely clean, luxurious, and enjoyable. We wanted to explore Newtown in particular, and this was the perfect home base for this (about a 10 minute stroll to King St). Will was really communicative and proactive. We’d love to return next time we visit.
