Vacation rentals with a patio in Chicxulub

Super clean and very spacious apartment! Has everything you need for a home away from home. Cute pool area and rooftop patio. Responsive host!! I had requested a hair dryer and they delivered it that same day!! Very much appreciated! Also a small convenience store across the street with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as fresh juice everyday! Loved this stay while enjoying Progreso for the first time!

The apartment was clean and smelled of clean! very well equipped! It has an optimal design and the facilities are nice, in good condition and with a very nice aesthetic. Miguel is very attentive and the manager David gave us a brief and clear explanation of the dynamics to follow. The sea is like 100 meters away and I would definitely stay there again! We had a great time! We were fortunate that there were few guests so we enjoyed the silence and stillness of the environment! THANK YOU!!!

We went as a family. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It is very comfortable and even more beautiful than in the photos, it is well equipped and in a prime location, a few meters from the sea. The cleanliness and tidiness were impeccable, and everything works perfectly. The ocean view from the balcony is simply beautiful. In addition, the Oxxo, restaurants, the pier, the center and a fair were nearby, which was perfect for our vacation. We definitely highly recommend this apartment. It's one of our favorite places and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks to the hosts: Lizbeth and her husband, for their hospitality and attention. Thanks also to the co-host Carito, who was always attentive.

An amazing place from the moment you arrive. Mike was super flexible with our check-in as we arrived early and allowed us to leave our luggage to make the most of the day. The place is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable, perfectly equipped, and it has absolutely everything you need for a carefree stay. It has no bad points, it has become one of my favorite accommodations!

Vanne was an excellent host at all times, attentive to the needs that arose, the house was very comfortable and the beach location was excellent. The beach is very nice, you can go in without any worries. Luxury sunrises and sunsets, I recommend it and most importantly Vanne's attention, a luxury of a person, of course we will return, I felt right at home. Thank you very much

The home is absolutely beautiful. It was more beautiful than the pics. Restaurants and activities are all within walking distance. The host and owner were so helpful and responsive to all our needs. We loved our time there and felt right at home. ❤️

Very good service, very comfortable rooms, the family night we spent was the best, the pool is very clean, it is true that it had flowers from the cedar tree that shades the pool, but it is normal, there are normal mosquitoes, but you enjoy the stay in the house.

What an incredible stay! The house is exactly as described- directly on the sea. Every morning it was calm as glass until 11:30a- could walk 60+ft out to a sandbar. It’s a small beach but you can walk along the coast to collect shells/look at the other beach homes. AC is only wall units in the living room, kitchen, bedrooms- it was warm in the afternoon or when cooking. The upstairs unit couldn’t keep up so we slept downstairs instead. But nothing to worry about. Spending each sunset on the rooftop was our highlight. And the pool when it was windy in the afternoon! Add 2 cholorine tablets daily to keep the water blue. Chelem is a tiny charming town. Chedraui in Merida and Progreso are best for groceries. Try Pescadería Cristo Rey IN Chelem- there is a Cristo Rey in Chuburna but it’s not as good. Plan for takeout- we had the best camarones ceviche and pescado frito. Also book a trip to Isla Los Columpios, ojo de agua, and Playa los Carbonaras! We already want to come back!!

Absolutely LOVED this place! It was fantastic. We have stayed in lots of chelem beach houses. This was amazing and one of our favorites. The pool is everything. The space is huge and had everything we needed for our two week stay. Fully equipped with super reliable internet. Incredibly responsive hosts. The fact that this host also provided water for our entire stay was awesome. Thanks again!!

What an incredible stay! Stayed 5 nights and wish it could have been more. The place is fabulous looks even better in person, feels like a mini oasis with the wonderfully designed pool and outdoor space. No complaints and will def be staying here again.

Excellent location, a really beautiful apartment, we spent 8 days for my husband's recovery and it was amazing to 🫢 wake up and see the lake. Wow, that's priceless, an incredibly beautiful view, we could go for a quiet walk. I felt at home and Charito's service was wonderful, she was always attentive, and when I had any questions she answered quickly, she was very kind and friendly. Rating 11 out of 10. When I return to Merida I will definitely stay here again.

I’ll be back to stay again! I agree with other reviews that the photos don’t do this place justice. It’s a beautiful and unique property. The nearby public stadium was fabulous for a morning/evening run and strength training - always active. The swimming pool is peaceful, the air conditioning quite cool, and the shower hot. The location was perfect for me as I like to be close to the action but not in the action. Highly recommend!

The place was just amazing. Super comfortable rooms, the place had everything you needed. The location of the place is the best, I was able to enjoy a relaxing weekend with the family. The rooms have a side view of the sea and that was a huge plus. I loved the privacy of the place. Nothing bad to say, on the contrary, I hope to return soon.
