Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Chicago River

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The space had a warm, welcoming vibe and all the essentials for a comfortable visit. The location was convenient, and the host made everything easy with clear communication. I’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant place to stay!

Andrew was a lovely host and the space was fantastic. Everything was clean, comfy, very walkable, and great WiFi. I am used to street noise living in a city myself, however I could see if you aren't accustomed to that, that it would be something to note [it isn't excessive, just normal city noise]. That being said, there is a white noise machine for sleeping which is a great touch! I'll definitely stay in Andrew's properties next time I am in town.

Einfach nur wundervoll. Das war eine der schönsten Unterkünfte, in der ich je war. Die Wohnung ist total liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles war super sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt sogar Zahnbürsten, Zahnpasta und eine Schlafmaske, falls man sie benötigt. Die Küche ist auch super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Der kurze Weg zur Metro war ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.

The apartment was great - the building was lovely, especially the gym which was great to be able to use. Super close to multiple bus stops and an L line, which made getting around super easy. The apartment itself was clean and looked like the pictures! Only downside was I that I was not able to check in on time, however I was able to drop bags off, which was really helpful, and they were super responsive to any question or concern I had during my stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Our second stay here-- all is wonderful!! Well appointed space, fabulous bed and pillows. Everything you need is in the kitchen. The location cannot be beat -- across the street from the park. Would absolutely come again!!

We loved how convenient this place is to everything. The area was safe and walkable. You do have to get a key in the alleyway right around the corner but it’s not far at all from where you check in at. Front desk is nice and Claude is great at responding fast!

There is no way I/we can do a review of Elizabeth's beautiful apartment in just 1,000 characters. Met Elizabeth personally, made a wonderful connection. It's the most awesome airbnb we've ever stayed at. The apartment has been beautifully remodeled. As a retired general contractor, I was very impressed. The neighborhood is fantastic; great for walking, shopping, and there are restaurants galore. The location is fantastic for touring Chicago. The neighborhood is beautiful with lovely architecture and interesting shops. There are lots of families; couples walking, biking, babies-buggying. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood after a walk to dinner or lunch. The bed/bedding is very comfortable and we slept very well. Great temp control, lots of windows, and a 65"flat screen TV. The bathroom is large and airy with a walk-in shower. The unit is very quiet, with dual-pane windows and black-out shades for sleeping in late. Stay here for the best Chicago experience.

El apartamento luce tal cual se ve en fotos. Es muy cómodo, cuenta con todo para pasar una estadía agradable, hay supermercados y tiendas cerca, moverse con transporte publico es fácil por la ubicación. Recomiendo el apartamento para una estadía tranquila.

The hosts’ of this property were great and accommodating. They catered to our altered schedule and compromised on a request of ours. We will definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for two of us! Everything about the description was accurate. It was very clean, super easy to access, and in a perfect spot-walkable to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and even a few gyms we tried. Water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. Neighborhood felt safe for late night walking to and from restaurants. Hosts were communicative without being over-the-top. Would book again in a heartbeat!

Our family enjoyed Samantha’s beautifully decorated and functional home. Loved the open layout with well stocked kitchen and two bathrooms plus a washer and dryer. Having easy street parking along with a playground one block away were an added bonus.

Great place. Great location. No issues at all. I would rent again. It's a good spot between the Gold Coast and Lincoln park and beer some really good restaurants. Place was as described and would have no issues staying there again.

My family and I had a great stay at Bel’s powder blue house. The house matched the pictures and description posted on the website, and was very clean and cozy inside. Bel’s communication was very effective throughout the entire experience, I will definitely be booking with him again in the future!

Die Unterkunft war super schön! Alles was man braucht, tolles Bett, hab super geschlafen! Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und das Bad sauber. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, so dass man entspannt schlafen, ausruhen, arbeiten,… kann. Fußläufig gibt es ein sehr großen, gut ausgestattet Einkaufsladen und ein Fitnessstudio. Man kommt mit dem Bus (sehr gute Anbindung) gut Downtown, es ist aber ein Stück Fahrt (45min). Lyft ist eine gute und schnelle Alternative (10-15 min), aber nicht ganz günstig. Also die Unterkunft insgesamt ist perfekt, die Lage muss jeder für sich entscheiden :)

We had an amazing stay at this loft in Chicago’s West Loop! The space was not only stylish and clean but also incredibly comfortable — the bed was perfect after long days exploring the city. One of the biggest highlights was how dog-friendly the place was — our pup felt right at home, and there were plenty of great spots nearby for walks. The location couldn’t be better — super convenient to restaurants, shops, and everything we wanted to see. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago. The air conditioning was spot on after the long days in the heat.Lots of great recommendations- super responsive to any questions we had. The ping pong table brought back great memories for my family as we played each other. The pull out bed on the main level hosted my entire clan of 4 as we all relaxed at the end of the day. The carry outs close by are fantastic if you don't feel like venturing out to the city.. we look forward to future visits to this air bnb

Great location and responsive host. The amenities in the place are great and the bed is amazingly comfy. The airbnb was a bit dusty everywhere (the bottoms of our feet were black after walking around barefoot), but that seems par for the course for basement apartments that just hang on to dust.

We had an incredible stay in this stunning Chicago penthouse! The luxurious space exceeded our expectations, with every detail thoughtfully considered - from the beautifully appointed decor to the stocked spices in the cabinet. The host was responsive, flexible(we really appreciate)and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We highly recommend this penthouse to anyone looking for a top-notch Chicago experience!

Wendy and Matt's place was comfortable and homey. The location was great, the apartment comfortable, and we had essential amenities. The building is mid-century modern and designed by famed architect Harry Weese that incorporates thoughtful references to Chicago architectural history throughout while still remaining visually cohesive. One minor issue is the stove, which is electric and somewhat underpowered. It's good enough for minor work like breakfast or heating leftovers but you may struggle producing more elaborate meals. It was a very minor quibble but worth noting for those culinarians wanting to prepare their own meals. The oven is decent but there is only one. Overall, my stay was excellent and I recommend Wendy and Matt's place wholeheartedly. They are excellent hosts as well.

The condo was a couple’s dream. Made you want to just live there forever. Very clean and felt like home. Hosts were communicative and courteous. Will definitely book again in the future and would highly recommend!

Crazy clean, super breezy place to stay. Neighborhood is fine, but not a lot of amenities. But it was a great place for us to be.

Susan’s home was comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and aesthetically pleasing. The bed I slept in was one of the most comfortable of my entire life—I prefer a soft mattress. As far as location goes, the street was quiet, good for walking our dog, and close enough to public transport. Plenty of buses were available. We used street parking for our car and never had problems with finding a close spot to the house whenever we did take the car out. We enjoyed the stay greatly and will stay again. Thank you, Susan!

We enjoyed our time at this apartment! Nestled in the Bucktown neighborhood of the city, which is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful homes. Nearby Wicker Park and Logan Square have a lot to offer, as well as Lincoln Park (the neighborhood) not being too far away either. While the bedroom and bathroom are on the smaller side, that’s just city life and it is a perfect retreat for 1-2 people. It’s very stylish yet cozy with the decor and all updated appliances and bathroom. I would take note of the stairs for this unit in particular, as it’s on the second level but they were fine and the patio deck was nice! We really appreciated Lauren being accommodating to our late booking. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The neighborhood is really walkable and there are so many spots to check out. We walked to 5 Rabanitos for a Mexican brunch and it was amazing. It is nice to be near Chicago but still have a relaxing place to come to after a long day.
