Chloe is a great host, she provided very clear instructions and was extremely responsive Her place is very bright and the sunset from her deck was beautiful. You can easily walk to surrounding beaches and take a short drive to nice places to eat. Being able to take our dog with us was a great bonus. Her place is fully fenced with plenty of apace for them and an off-leash beach area in walking distance. Loved it !

Mona’s place is beautiful and has everything you need to relax and unwind. The Sauna and ice bath were a hit and we loved that we were so close to the beach. We didn’t need to go shopping for essentials as Mona provided much more than we expected. The place was also sparkling clean so I can highly recommend it.

My family of four have enjoyed a lovely extended stay at the Manor Holgate whilst our home is being renovated. The home is lovely, cosy and has everything we could need for an enjoyable stay. What sets this place apart are the stunning, manicured gardens and grounds surrounding the property. It is such a private and peaceful property, the tall trees and lush dense bushland are so beautiful - you wont get tired of sitting out on the verandah relaxing amongst it all. My children have loved exploring and going on adventures down to the creek, running around the grassy lawns and swimming in the pool (just be weary of leeches!) Lane has been a fantastic, friendly and responsive host, accommodating us with a very last minute booking and has ensured we have everything we need for a comfortable stay. She has also helped us with a couple of special requests which we are so grateful for. We highly recommend staying at the Manor for your next relaxing getaway, you won’t be disappointed!

The treehouse is in such a tranquil and beautiful spot. Inside is very cosy and between the wood stove and gas heater it was toasty warm inside on cold evenings. The kitchen is very well set up with everything you could need for cooking and also a good selection of sauces, tea, coffee and staples. The treehouse has been very thoughtfully set up with nice touches like blankets on the balcony. Highly recommended for a relaxing place to get away close to Sydney..we thoroughly enjoyed it!!

Nice cosy house with 2 reasonably sized bedrooms plus 1 large bedroom. The kitchen is spacious. High range Miele dryer and Miele washing machine. Newish and clean Westinghouse dishwasher. Lots of crockery and cutlery. Coffee bags and coffee capsules aplenty. Bedlinen and towels are clean. A large supply of dishwasher tablets. Split system air conditioner is quiet and efficient. Large carport. Two large TVs. A large hot water tank so back to back long showers aren’t a problem. The room doors are quite soundproof so it is ok for the TV to be on in the living room when others are in bed. The automatic gate works perfectly, providing security for the car. The house is a 2 min walk to Ocean Beach. It is very quiet during the day and at night. The garden is immaculately kept. The only criticism I have is that the nonstick pans are all scratched with the Teflon peeling off, so they can’t be used.

This lakeside home is the perfect getaway for large family gatherings for all ages! The pool was AMAZING, the pool table was used constantly, the kitchen was well stocked and the 3 main bedrooms has the most incredible views. The beds were all very comfortable, and there were multiple TVs to suit everyone. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The views were stunning across the lake, especially at sunset. our family of 13 had a very special and memorable stay. Justin's videos were very helpful and his communication was excellent.

Luke's place was ideal for a girls weekend away. We had three comfortable bedrooms and a lovely bathroom with a good hot shower. It was close for our walk in the Bouddi NP

Walking into Mark's took our breath away. The house is amazing but the view and feeling of being' in' the trees is something else. Gobsmacked might be an appropriate word! We loved the morning visits of the king parrots, rosellas and cockatoos and left, after three nights, feeling refreshed and revitalised after our time in this idyllic setting. Being not quite in the first flush of youth we were glad to make use of the island golf buggy when we arrived but enjoyed walking around this unique island without having to pull luggage! Beautiful big apartment. Reminded me a bit of an old Queenslander with mod cons. Lots of charm. Wish we could of stayed longer.

Great place, I won’t hesitate to recommend. Chris was very friendly. Even informed us when the place was ready for us so we could check in early. Easy check in, with no fuss keypad entry. Suitable for couples. No room for kids. Bathroom was spacious. Very comfy sofa to put your feet up and watch tv. Lovely spot. Short walk to Spit Rd and buses to the city. Clontarf Reserve is a very pretty spot with a lovely marina/cafe extending over the water. Shops are a short drive away.

Our stay at Shane's apartment was excellent! Shane was helpful and responsive from the get go and directions/check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was clean, tidy and homey, with all the essential amenities and more. The Parsley Bay area was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and peaceful surrounds. It is an easy walk to Watson's Bay for seafood or a ferry ride--bus stop right outside the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend staying here to others and can't wait to return.

We loved our stay at Elise’s place . The unit was spacious , clean , close to the beach and restaurants . We took our dog which was amazing as Elise’s place has a private grass area he could run around and play . We will definitely be back

Really cool apartment with lots of groovy, artsy decorations. Great for couples. Right next to the beach with some fantastic cafes.

Great place for a weekend in Killcare! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, modern and had everything we could need for a lovely stay!

We loved the Bond House apartment. Despite the unusual access across the park it was well worth it once inside. Eclectic stylishly furnished spacious apartment well located for East Newcastle. A well stocked larder and great laundry space if you need it. Bathrooms very modern with heated towel rails and big fluffy towels! Beds very comfy too

Our stay was amazing the view from the property was to die for, Alex was super quick to respond and was accomodating in every way. The house was clean and tidy it has endless amounts of activities we could do at the property from kayaking to playing pool and fuse ball. Highly recommend this place!

This place is magical. We returned a second year in a row and this time was even better. If you want to get off the grid and forget Covid, masks and all the stresses of life, the Villa doesn’t disappoint!

What a beautiful, peaceful place that had all the necessary amenities a 2 min walk from the spectacular pearl beach. It was perfect & Carla and Chloe were great hosts and were very generous to give us a late check out on Sunday. The spa is pretty special although a bit finicky if you don’t know how to use it - thankfully our hosts were very responsive in helping with this. My only note is to maybe make sure if you need more linen/towels than what they provide for the 4 doubles and one single bed (9 people). We booked the house for 11 (there is a room with fold out couches) but those 2 guests didn’t get towels or linen. Final thing is the property has close neighbours so there are a lot of rules to do with noise etc. This makes sense as I assume the hosts have been burned before and must protect their relationship with the local community but if you want somewhere you can feel free to sing your heart out around the fire pit until the wee hours go elsewhere. Thanks for everything!

A wonderful spot for our extended family getaway in beautiful Pearl Beach. The Pavilions is 5 stars all the way - beautiful location, super comfortable, squeaky clean and everything you need at your fingertips, including a brilliant kitchen for cooking and entertaining. We lazed by the open fire by night, and spent our days lying in the winter sun on the deck and north facing backyard. It’s a short stroll to the beach and many other beautiful walking spots and scenic vantage points too. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! We found the property to be exactly what we were looking for, a nice getaway that made you feel disconnected and relaxed. The property is set up perfectly to bring your dog, with the secure area around the villa that allows them to explore without worry. Zoe the resident dog is also great host and very welcoming, she would come a visit each day to make sure that we were comfortable. She was very friendly and got along well with our dog, she even came along with us for one of our walks and showed us the way. We had a great time and would highly recommend staying here. We hope to return one day, thankyou Kylie for being a great host!

We had such a great stay! The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to the beach and you can watch sunrise over the ocean in bed :) The house was so comfortable and stylish, lots of art deco character. We would 100% stay again!

Beautiful, scenic & tranquil property. Felt very refreshed after my birthday weekend & lots of nice restaurants nearby. Hosts were lovely & extremely responsive. We hope to stay again in the future.
