Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Cefalù

This place is super close to the cliff. The location is top-notch! The space is huge and spotless. We didn’t spend much time there, but it feels super cozy and comfortable every time we’re inside. We are warmly welcomed by Antonio. He kindly explained the place to us. Thank you for everything.

Simply beautiful…the inside was unique, with loft-bedroom, an impressive kitchen and live-rock faces in both the dining nook and shower. The coffee maker was lovely, providing the best coffee of all the places we stayed in Sicily. The snacks included antipasto, oranges with juicer, bread w/ butter/cream cheese/jams, eggs, and more…enough for two very full breakfasts. The lovely, shaded garden was outfitted with comfortable chairs…very nice in the hot afternoon, and built into the cliff beside which the whole place is adjacent. The top veranda allowed for scenic breakfasts and evening wine, while looking out to the sea…lovely church towers beside and cliffs above. The location really couldn’t be more perfect, just above the main historical street with small walk to all the beaches. Also, the trailhead to the temples/castle on top of the cliffs above is about 100-200 metres away. The host was highly responsive. There are many 4-star places rated as 5-star…this was truly 5-star.

We wanted to get outhenthic Sicilian expirience. And, yes we did. The place felt like out of the movies. Every corner, every wall, and even the floor had a story to tell. Loved the decor. Rooms were spacious. Parking near by. Overall, we enjoyed our short stay. Thank you 😊

For those who want to stay away from the chaos and enjoy a few days of relaxation, it is the ideal place. The house is nice and has a level terrace with a spectacular sea view. Sunrises and sunsets will turn anyone into a photographer. Only this is worth the expense. The surroundings offer the possibility of hiking and visiting wonderful places and also of eating well given the great availability of restaurants. With Carlo, no problem, he's always ready with answers. He was assisted by his mother, who was very kind, and she welcomed us and gave us some tips on the places. She also left us jam and olives made by her and eggs from her hens. In short, it couldn't have gone better.

We had a wonderful stay at Zoja’s place. The location was absolutely perfect and really close to the beach, restaurants, and the main square. The apartment itself was super spacious and clean. There are three flights of steep stairs once you enter the building which was fine for us, but a little tricky if you have lots of luggage. Would definitely stay again!

Vincenzo and his son Antonio are great hosts. We felt very comfortable in the apartment from the first day. The kitchen has everything you need. The whole apartment is very well and modernly furnished. The terrace is oriented to the north side. This means that in the preseason it may still be a little cool for sitting there for a long time. But there is a beautiful rear area, which invites you to warm up due to the south-facing orientation. In summer, you are certainly grateful that the terrace is only in the sun in the early morning hours. You can walk to Cefalu without any problems [1.6 km] and thus save yourself the parking stress. Insider tip: You can [still] park for free down at the harbor. We highly recommend the apartment.

The apartment is perfect for exploring Cefalu, right in the historic centre. It is super clean and equiped with all you need, and more. Overall very beautiful renovated with charming art and accesoires. The wellness bathroom is amazing, on a few rainy days it gave us relaxation at home. Only thing to consider is that due to its location it can be loud at night. Dario is a great host, very flexible and easy to communicate with. We would definitely like to stay here again!

Very comfortable, clean and bright space. Quality details in its environments. We emphasize that we arrived hours before check-in and they allowed us to leave all our luggage until check-in time. During the trip, they sent us all the information we needed to arrive easily and comfortably. The unbeatable location. Close to the parking lot, downtown and overlooking the sea and in a very quiet area at the same time. Unbeatable views. Everything was excellent.

This is an amazing home in the best location - we could have stayed for a month!! Situated right on the beach this is the most beautiful spot to spend any time in Cefalu. Our stay at Adriana’s was truly perfect. The space was extremely clean with beautiful decor. Adriana provided small touches that made the space feel like home. The view was just WOW. We were able to watch both sunrise and sunset over Cefalu from the balcony in the same day. Driving into Cefalu took 5 minutes, parking at either the train station or beach paid parking areas. Having access to a washing machine was amazing as we were travelling with kids. It was all just a magical experience that helped make our time Cefalu unforgettable. Thank you Adriana!

Not only was it close to the absolute best restaurants, But this was some 5 star living, almost didn’t want to leave this place was so cool! A spa and little hang out up the top and great space to watch tv after a big day of sun. Definitely recommend Palermo staying here!! Couldn’t have done better! Beautiful place to stay! Lovely host!

From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and attentive hosts, making sure everything was perfect for ourstay. The apartment itself is stunning—tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But the real highlight was the terrace—spacious, peaceful, and offering breathtaking views. We spent every morning enjoying coffee and every evening watching the sunset from there. It truly made the experience unforgettable. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and historic center, yet tucked away enough to feel like a relaxing retreat. Robert and Francesco were always available for recommendations or assistance, and their hospitality made me feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Cefalù. Highly recommend, and we hope to return soon.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Cefalù – truly a gem! The place seems recently renovated and was spotlessly clean. One of the highlights was the stunning sea view from the living room balcony, where we enjoyed our morning coffee while admiring the sparkling blue waters. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed – nothing was missing. We especially appreciated the free on-site parking, which made things so convenient. The beach and the charming old town were both within walking distance, making the location absolutely perfect. Our hosts, Cetty and Giorgia, were incredibly welcoming and made our stay unforgettable. They gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants and activities in Cefalù and the surrounding area. This was truly a dream vacation, and we’re deeply grateful for such a memorable experience. We would absolutely love to return!

A last minute find for us and met all our needs. Francesco and Mariano were responsive and a wealth of knowledge from restaurants, parking and other recommendations. Perfect spot in Cefalù.

Laura’s place was beautiful! Really enjoyed our stay…very close to everything, amazing restaurants and grocery stores. It is in the historic part of town, you can park near the beach and then bring all your suitcases up a 20 mins walk…or call a taxi which will bring you into town. She was very responsive and extremely helpful. I would recommend her place and even go back to stay longer one day.

We can not say enough good things about Marta’s place! First, the location with the view of the water is perfection. We had several meals enjoying the balcony seating. The space offers everything you may need and the location of Deco grocery around the corner is a bonus. This location is walkable to the train station and Silvio picked us up there upon our arrival which was so thoughtful. We used beach chairs and an umbrella that other guests had left for the beach! The washing machine came in handy to refresh our travel clothes. We could go on and on about how much we enjoyed our stay and next time we visit, we will gladly stay here again! Thanks for the hospitality!
