Beautiful residence with heated pool, in the Madonie Park, with breathtaking views of the sea of Cefalù up to the Aeolian Islands. A 15-minute drive from the center, it has a living room with dining area, sofa, TV, kitchen, two double bedrooms, one with a bathtub in the room, and two bathrooms with shower.
