Villa Carla (sleeps 7+3) consists of 2 double bedrooms, 1 room with a bunk bed, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen and living room with single sofa bed and a sofa with peninsula (150 x 180 bed), a very large and exclusive garden, shaded by a centuries-old pine forest, equipped with a table, umbrella and chairs for eating outside. Kitchen equipped with 4 electric burners, electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, Wi-Fi. The sea is 300 meters away with a private beach.

Apartment 30 meters from the beach, with sea view

The apartment is 30 meters from the sea, between the pine forest and the historic center of Castiglione della Pescaia. In front of the house there is both a free beach area and equipped bathing establishments. The accommodation, sea view and just renovated, has a large covered terrace, ideal for pleasant outdoor dinners. The house consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a large shower.

Casa Cotone

The 40 m² apartment directly above the sea is in a quiet location, just 70 m from the beach promenade of Marciana Marina and a few meters to the beaches of the village. The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.

All within walking distance of the Rocchette-Roccamare sea, reachable in a few minutes by bicycle. Pets free.

Angeli Studio Apartment

Relax in this quiet, centrally-located space. The studio is on the second floor accessible with outdoor stairs overlooking the upper village. After parking your car in the private courtyard in the inner courtyard, you can fully enjoy our small jewel village on foot. The studio has a terrace and a private bathroom, but the entrance hallway is shared with two other apartments as well as the washing machine.

The House of Lemons

It's a small house with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom. From the external stairs you can reach the solarium, furnished with a table, chairs, umbrella, and deckchair. Below the house, with access from the external stairs, is my laundry area that I will use with the utmost respect for my guests. The outdoor courtyard is shared and, during high season, will house 2 of our cars.

Vista Meraviglia

THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIOMBINO HAS INTRODUCED A TOURIST TAX OF €1.50 PER PERSON FOR EVERY NIGHT SPENT IN THE CITY. THE TAX IS REQUIRED FROM JUNE 1 TO SEPTEMBER 30. The tax must be paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment for the total nights booked. Bright penthouse with wonderful views of the Island of Elba and a large panoramic terrace that surrounds the apartment.
