The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIOMBINO HAS INTRODUCED A TOURIST TAX OF €1.50 PER PERSON FOR EVERY NIGHT SPENT IN THE CITY. THE TAX IS REQUIRED FROM JUNE 1 TO SEPTEMBER 30.
