Located at 460 m above sea level, 4 km from the village of Sankt Paul in the Lavant Valley, surrounded by forest and meadows in the beautiful Granitztal Valley. It is also a good spot for winter holidays (ice-skating 10-15 Minutes away, Ski-Resorts 30-60 Minutes away). The distance to the Italian and Slowenian border is about 40 to 50 minutes by car, Venice and the Mediterranean Sea can be reached within 2,5 hours from here. Daytrip to Ljubljana (90km away) is also a good option!
