The apartment is bright and spacious and offered enough space for us 6 people. The highlight is of course the location. Very central and just a few meters from the old town and the nightlife of Villach. The apartment is under the roof on the third floor. Unfortunately, there is no elevator or it has been broken for a long time. During our stay it was very warm and the heat accumulated under the roof, which made sleeping on the gallery a little difficult. The biggest disadvantage we felt was that the apartment only has one toilet. That wasn't always easy with 6 people, especially in the morning. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

We were greeted very warmly by the neighbor and felt right at home. For a quiet holiday with a dog, the Airbnb is perfect! There was everything you need and if something is missing, there is plenty of shopping nearby. We'd love to come back anytime!

I spent the last three months in this apartment, working as a ski instructor. I have been coming to Bad Gastein for many years. Although its not in the very centre of Bad Gastein, its only a 10m walk there, but its located in the old Bad Gastein with a selection of the best restaurants in the village. So a perfect location really. Also the buss connections in Mozartplatz a few minutes away will take you any place you wish. In summary, I was so happy in this apartment during my stay, and will probably rebook again next time. The apartment is built in the 1960’s, not the most modern, but it had everything I needed. For those expecting super luxury, its not that kind of a place, but you will need to pay 5x more for that!! A well equipped kitchen, even a remote control Japanese toilet ! I loved the rather large balcony, the views of the mountains from the kitchen window (and living room window). Perfect for me, but not so large, so max 2 adults and 2 kids, or three adults.

What a find! We spent a glorious long weekend at this special place. Barbara is a superb host, communication was excellent including fantastic restaurant recommendations! The „Gartennest“ is immaculate and the attention to detail next level. Thank you for a magnificent stay in Klagenfurt. We will be back!

Great apartment at central location. Spotless clean, very well furnished, very warm. Very good sound proofing (no noise). Spacious.

The loft was really cute and unique. You can tell how much love was put into the design. The sensational location right on the lake, with a sunbathing lawn and lake access, tennis court, underground parking and a really good, within walking distance, pizzeria is💕 very special. Not to forget the sweet kiosk on the ground floor, which simply has everything you need. 👌The people at the complex are very friendly with each other. You are directly infected with this sunny disposition. 🤩 The next day, you walk through the complex with a big grin and greet everyone you meet. This is pure vacation. I would have loved to have stayed longer. Unfortunately, we were just passing through. But we'll be back😍. Kind regards, Verena and Andi
