The apartment (26m²) on the 3rd floor with a cozy balcony and a direct view of Lake Wörthersee/Pyramidenkogel is located between Pörtschach and Velden and directly on the cycle path that leads around Lake Wörthersee. It offers easy accessibility by car, bus and train (approx. 100m). The grocery store (approx. 20m) is open daily in summer. In and around the house everything is very generous for people and animals. Very important to us personally. To the west, our operational building, constructed in 1878, rises up with its historic cider press and adjoining horse stables. The secluded location, combined with our equine-assisted offerings, is perfect for a relaxing retreat in nature, romantic getaways, or extended hikes.
