Cozy vacation on a proper farm

Our guest room has a balcony and a private bathroom with a toilet and shower. Especially families with children, we are very welcome. Toddler until 3 years old sleep free in the parents room, older children on request and extra charge with in the parents room or in the 2nd guest room. In the large fenced garden, there is a lot to discover in addition to sandbox, playhouse or trampoline. Our ponies are looking forward to small riders. Childcare is possible if necessary.

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. The sun room of our breakfast room has a great terrace with lake view. In high season, the grocery stores are also open on Sundays. The lake is a 5-minute walk and the next largest city of Villach or Feldkirchen can be reached by car in about 13-15 minutes.

Our 100 year old inn near the church of Sankt Lorenzen is one of the last original farm inns in Carinthia. There are cozy lounges and good food without any chemistry is important to us. This is a great hotel. Peaceful, cosy and clean. We slept really well! Location couldn't be better - ski bus stops almost right across the road, Eurospar just few steps away and Stubnerkogel gondola and Felsentherme spa only maybe 200 meters away. Every morning we had a good breakfast, got our skis from the hotel's ski room and then some serious skiing. Polite and friendly service all the time. My husband said that also the sauna was good, and that's a lot coming from a finn;) Definitely coming back someday!

Barbara welcomed us super friendly. Breakfast was a 100/10 dog never had such delicious and fresh croissants. Unfortunately, the weather was not so sunny for the first few days and we could not go to the faaker lake but thanks to Peter, who created a guest card for us, we were able to go to the spa in Villach (including spa and sauna) for free for 2 hours and had discounts for every additional hour. We felt right at home. Arrive at home. For the 3rd time we chose the mountain as a stopover on our way through and were very much looking forward to breakfast with scrambled eggs. Frank was very friendly as always and is a great host. We were able to enjoy the tranquility in the evening on the terrace very much this time. I would be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable. Rich Zmorgen Buffet with everything your heart desire. Lovingly furnished rooms with cooler, which is also filled with drinks... The Budas in the hallway didn't bother me either, as it allegedly represents the landlord. (But it didn't seem like it at all.) The two typical oyster-like hosts are very kind and accommodating. We are happy to recommend the guesthouse. By the way, very quiet and comfortable box spring bed.

My 5 night stay at Christa and Marc's was exceptional. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and lovingly prepared. The bedroom was comfortable, well furnished, very clean, quiet and with an incomparable view of the Alps from the balcony and the floor to ceiling doors. Christa herself was exceedingly kind, attentive, warm and I could not have imagined a better stay. Her knowledge of the surroundings and willingness to share it made the stay that much more meaningful. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

We two motorcyclists came by earlier and wanted to ask if we could already leave the luggage. We were immediately offered an open room. The hosts are incredibly helpful and accommodating. They have converted their house for guests with a lot of love for detail and have a dream come true. It was a great experience and we were able to enjoy the place to stay. Wow, that's how hospitality works. Keep it up!!!
