Wonderful condo! Right on the beach and next to the pool area. Great sunsets! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the screened in balcony. Kim as very easy to communicate with.

Had a great time, would highly recommend Tina as as host she gave great recommendations for things to do, we had a issue with the A/C and Tina offered to have someone come out in a very timely manner! We will be visiting again.

The location is everything! The private beach access with a walkway and shell washing station was a great touch. The beach was quiet and not busy at all. Jim was great with his communication and he offered us excellent recommendations. When we arrived we noticed the beach umbrella was broken and within an hour of letting Jim know, there were three beach umbrellas delivered to us! We will definitely be staying here again.

This comfortable and very cheerful condo is a pleasure to rent. The vaulted ceilings make the condo open and airy. Ana Maria is a wonderful host who responds almost instantly to any questions posed over the Airbnb website. The home is well appointed and the beds in all three bedrooms are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of plates, cups, glasses, serving pieces , pots and pans. It also has many of the small electric appliances you need including a blender and a George Foreman grill. We made use of the screened in porch, and watched the bird and animal life on the lake as we ate breakfast almost every morning. The garage is a bonus, although almost everyone parks on the pads in front of their garages. The community’s heated pools are wonderful, and my wife enjoyed the water aerobics classes. We stayed for 5 days. It was very easy to get there, check-in, check-out. The place was just as it was described and very clean. Everything we needed/wanted was very close by and easy to accesss. Stores, restaurants, the ocean... Great information from the host about the place and the area. Would definitely stay again!

Dan’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Somewhere close to friends, beach, local attractions, and a great place for us to stay. The house was what was described, with plenty of room for the 4 of us… with room to spare.

Miodrag was hospitable and gave clear instructions on how to enter his apartment. The process of checking in and out went smoothly. If I am ever back in Fort Myers, I would definitely be willing to book again with Miodrag.

I so enjoyed staying at Ida’s place. I found it even more attractive than photos portrayed. It felt spacious, very comfortable and had everything needed. I had a friend with me for part of the stay. He is also an Airbnb super host. He complimented Ida’s place more than once, calling it “extremely livable”. I had never been to Pine Island, and really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, finding interesting things to do, such as visiting the Calusa Heritage trail. Thank you Ida!

The townhouse was 1 of the best AirBnBs I've spent time in. It was VERY comfortable and had everything we need and then some. It was very spacious and we enjoyed everything.

This condo is a very nice place over liking the back bay. If you don’t like peace and quit while you watch the dolphin trace to catch his breakfast every morning while you eat yours on the balcony, then this place isn’t for you.

We loved staying at this beautiful, and well appointed townhouse. Everything was just as described, and super clean. It is very conveniently located with Publix just a mile away, and plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The only downside to our visit was getting to and from the beaches, as the roads are very congested. The beaches are wonderful though, so worth the traffic. We would definitely book with Pamela again, as she was very friendly and helpful. How this helps in your decision making.

Definitely worth the price paid. So nice. I’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s and this was wonderful. I didn’t use the pool but it was definitely heated and I stuck my toe in. I loved that there was a gas grill for my own private use.

Clara's condo was so clean and inviting. Everything was just as pictured and described. Clara was always quick to respond and helpful when questions arose. The beach amenities that were available for use were wonderful! We plan to return for sure!

Alicia is a perfect host for this Air B&B, five star all the way. It was like walking into your own home and having everything in place like you owned it. All that is described is totally accurate and more. The house is super clean and very well decorated. The location of the place is central to beaches, restaurants and other activities, also very quiet. Not a far drive to anywhere you want to go. The pool for this unit is clean and well maintained. We were very blessed to have stayed at this Air B&B. We will be returning in the near future. Many thanks Alicia for hosting us.

David and Tracy have a beautiful property. It was very clean, nicely stocked kitchen, linens, etc. We enjoyed the screened patio a lot and loved that it was a short walk to the pool and Tiki. David and Tracy were very responsive and very friendly. Would love to stay again!

The house was nice, comfortable and with everything you need and more. Theresa was very responsive and always there for any question. We really enjoy our time there. There are many supermarkets in 10-15min drive and the beach is around 20-30min drive. Very quite neighborhood.

The townhouse was so nice!! We asked about a grill and James made sure we had one to use.

Loved my month long stay at Pedro's cute, little home. The first thing I noticed was how nice it smelled and how clean it was. Very well stocked with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was very nice and refreshing. Sanibel Island was so close and I made many low tide visits for shelling. Met up with friends at Fort Myers beach, Lover's Key and Barefoot beach. All within drivable distances. I would recommend getting to the beaches by 10 am. Parking lots fill up quickly. Bunche Beach was close enough for making use of the bikes provided. Watched many sunsets there. Checked out many the local restaurants. Publix grocery store is a mile away. I ran many different routes in the neighborhood and always felt safe. The area is still coming back from hurricane devastation, but that never bothered me at all.

Came across Darlene and Brian’s home when looking for last minute Mother’s Day plans and we are so glad we did. Their home was lovely and so much fun was had, between the pool, fishing and kayaking, there was no time for boredom. They were so accommodating and went the extra mile to make our one night stay extra special. Kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of towels, and so many more amenities. Definitely planning on returning and recommend them for anyone considering it.
