Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Cape Coral

Kevins house was nothing short of amazing and as others have stated, the photos don't it justice. We loved the outdoor space and the pool was bigger than appeared in photos. The inside of the house was very open and we were able to feel "at home". Kevin was very responsive before and during, although we didn't have any issues during our stay, but we did have to call him upon our arrival as we went to the wrong address (our fault!). It is in an "up and coming area" of Cape Coral, but it is a very quiet and nice area, and Publix is right down the road. Even Target, Aldis, and a farmers market store is within 10 minutes. We decided to drive to Naples area beaches, as we prefer those, and it was an hour drive, which we didn't mind. Lots of restaurants within 10-25 minutes. Only my husband and I stayed, but it would be great with the kids or other couples, and would definitely love to stay in this house in the future.

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay and have a relaxing weekend and we came accross susanas house and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The place was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed, comfortable beds and fresh linens.and a really nice pool The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful. We especially loved the outdoor space—it was great for relaxing in the evenings. Our host was very friendly and responsive. Check-in was smooth, and they provided clear instructions and great local tips. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

I’m so glad that several other properties failed to respond to a boat question we had, which led me to finding Villa Agua Vista. Tonya responded to all my questions quickly or would always get back to me when she didn’t have an immediate answer. From start to finish Tonya was super easy to work with. Always helpful and very quick to respond. Definitely delightful and personable - a super host for sure! The property and its amenities were amazing. We used the kayaks a couple times and some of the fishing gear came in handy. The spa and pool were rarely lonely. We decided to replace our usual spring break on the sand with some place to moor a boat and it was great. The house was top notch, all the basic simple things were waiting for us. If you want to find something to complain about, I seriously doubt you can or would. The photos don’t do the home justice but they also don’t lie. So don’t over think it and just book with Tonya.

We enjoyed our stay here! It had everything we needed for a great time. We loved the pool and backyard area the most! The house was clean and well stocked. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Definitely a 5 star stay!

Well kept, very clean home in a quiet neighborhood with accurate pictures. It has a lovely kitchen, a clean laundry room, very comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and a really nice outdoor patio/lanai area with fun, multi-colored lighting around the pool for nighttime swimming. Check in and out was a breeze. The host promptly answered a question we had about the pool during our stay. The rental is located in a good location with a Publix and Walgreens only five minutes away. We also enjoyed the marina down the road which is open to the public (they have a coffee shop there we loved and enjoyed outdoor seating over drinks and brunch). The pool area, use of the kayaks, and beautiful sunsets were the highlights of our stay.

If you are looking for a peaceful place with a perfect outdoor setting, this is THE place. Our group was looking for a place where we could spend a majority of our time outdoors as they had several seating areas, a pool and a hot tub and it exceeding our expectations. We LOVED the direction that the backyard/patio area faced as we wanted sun on the pool all day long and that is what we got! The bedrooms were on opposite sides of the house with private access to the patio which was a perfect setup as we had 2 couples in our group. The house was VERY clean and comfortable. We didn't have time to use all of the amenities they included, but they definitely paid attention to details for those that might. This in one of the best places our group has ever stayed, and if we come back to this area, we would absolutely rent this home again! Oh yes.. and the beds were INCREDIBLY comfortable, even better than mine at home. :)

We had a great stay at Paul’s place in Cape Coral. There were four adults and two kids and we had lots of room. Having a pool was so helpful with two kids on the trip and we all enjoyed the hot tub especially since the nights were cool when we visited. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the house was spotless, the neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful and the kitchen came with more equipment and supplies than some other Florida Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. The BBQ by the bar doesn’t work, but there is another one in a different location (we didn’t end up using it). If you’d like the pool heated you can arrange this with Paul ahead of time for an additional fee. He was always very responsive whenever I reached out and lovely. A beautiful spot.

We visited for my bachelorette trip and we had a great time. The house was just what we expected in the communication was extremely quick! Great location and very spacious for a group vacation! The hosts also went above and beyond when planning for our trip, they ended up ordering a crockpot and volleyball to be there upon our delivery! Highly recommend!

The house we reserved was better than expected and everything was immaculate. Neil, the property manager responded right away when we called about a broken vaccum cleaner. Excellent response time and very professional. Unfortunately a thunderstorm damaged the AC and it couldn't be fixed right away, but Sean moved us right away to an even larger house. He even reimbursed us a day for our having to move and the night without AC. We definitely would rent from Sean again.

The house is a great property. It felt like my own house. Super clear, smelled like a nice hotel, pool was pristine, and what was very important to me, was that it did not feel like a rental place. Everything is high quality and in great shape. The house is well equipped with anything you cloud need. The only thing I would warn folks that are bothered with noises is that the house in next to a busy road. It this not bother me at all, but I think it is fair to point out too. Regarding Gabriel, he was simply amazing responding fast (I mean within minutes) and also addressing my questions. I have rented vacation properties at least 20 times and this is the first time I was absolutely satisfied with the property. It does not feel like a rental. Thanks so much Gabriel!

We had a great stay with our family. Our grandchildren had a great time with all the toys for the pool and beach. We were 3 couples with 2 little kids and had plenty of space. It was a short drive to restaurants. We did day trips to Sanibel and Naples and even had time to visit the outlets. All were less than an hour away. Our hosts responded to questions in a timely manner. They made sure to have plenty of items available to use for our beach days. The wagon and tent were a plus since it was pretty hot.

Ours was a 3 generation family vacation. Our choice was excellent for our needs. (from the Grandgifts to Grandma and Papa. Felt safe. Clean and comfortable surroundings. The patio area was above and beyond! We do intend to return God willing. Thank You David and Crew! One Happy Grandma! Diane

We love this home so much we returned for a second year in a row. It's just perfect for our family. Some highlights: • The lanai with pool, spa, and water view of the canal is a lovely space. We ate all our meals out there and spent most of our time there. The spacious dock with tiki hut and more seating is great for hanging out, too, and offers easy access for kayaking the canal. • The home's layout features 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, giving everyone lots of space and privacy. The 4th bedroom features bunkbeds, a sweet little space for kids. Everything is in pristine condition. Also all one level, great if anyone has mobility issues. • Hosts Marco and Sandra were responsive, friendly, and nice to work with. • The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Publix & good restaurants are within a 10-minute drive. • You can get to Ft. Myer's beach in about 30 min, Pine Island in about 20 minutes, and Sanibel in about 45 minutes. We'd gladly come back!

We had a fantastic stay in Cape Coral and the Villa was absolutely stunning and spacious, bright and very well equipped with everything you need. We also made very good use of the amazing heated pool, hot tub, and the pool table. We also enjoyed very much the outdoor terrace, with the dinning table and the outdoor TV. Brigitte is a fantastic host and was always attentive and quick to respond to any need we had. Thank you again for your great hospitality Brigitte. We felt very comfortable and had an amazing time at your villa and will definitely come back.
