Villa Théo is nestled on more than 2 hectares of land overlooking the Tarn. The estate is composed of 5 houses dating from the 15th to the 18th century. Situated less than 100 metres from the GR "Au fil du Tarn" and less than 40 minutes from Albi, it is the ideal place to enjoy the peace and quiet during your holidays. The City of Carcassonne is less than half an hour away, the beaches of Gruissan and Narbonne 45 minutes away, Spain 1 hour away, many Cathar castles nearby...

Le Playras: charming barn, panoramic view

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Multiple hikes possible without taking your car. We'll be happy to let you know!
