Vacation rentals with beach access in Canal du Midi

We are delighted to have chosen Walter and Stéphanie's accommodation. Breathtaking sea view, top amenities: air conditioning, washing machine, etc. Everything you need for cooking: dishes, spices, condiments, etc. (lots of little extras like ice bags, baking paper, fresh water in the fridge, local treats offered). Beautiful sunny terrace all morning and a good part of the afternoon which allows you to enjoy it for a long time. Parking available that allows you to park easily. All this without counting the beauty and calm of the beautiful city of Canet. Many shops, restaurants, beach bars, various activities (the aquarium next door is worth a visit). Communication with the hosts was smooth, fast and very friendly. In short, if the opportunity arises to return, we will not hesitate to choose the accommodation.

Édouard’s apartment was clean and just as described. It is in a brilliant location, right next to the beach, the balcony was 10/10. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again if visiting in future.

Super apartment right in front of the beaches, all amenities, very clean and well arranged, the photos of the massage and sauna areas don't do justice to the reality! The small terrace is super nice. Please note: the parking lot is 100 m from the residence, remember to first get as close as possible to the apartment to unload before going to park in the parking lot.

We had a lovely stay at the "le cocon sur la Corniche" studio. It is very well furnished, ideal for 2, but also pleasant for 3 people, all very clean. We will keep the address for future vacations and we recommend this accommodation to enjoy the Corniche neighborhood, very lively and well served by local shops. It is also very well located, 10 minutes' drive to the Les Halles parking lot, for a walk in the city center. Thanks for a great discovery!

Family with a child and a baby, we stayed 5 nights in Nickie's house. We had a lovely stay. The house was clean and particularly well-equipped. We also enjoyed the outdoors and especially the private beach a few minutes walk from the property. The baby equipment was great. The view from the house is great. There are numerous hikes to do in the vicinity. Off-season, plan a few errands and/or bring cash. We particularly enjoyed the market in the village of Sainte Croix Vallée Française (on Nickie's advice). We highly recommend this accommodation and a big thank you to Nickie and Yves for their special touches, trust and hospitality!

Looking for a peaceful place, with friendly hosts and a touch of humor? While remaining discreet but very friendly? This is Corinne and Didier's place. We had a great stay, in this little barrel that is more than enough since all around we had 11 hectares, a swimming pool, a petanque court with balls, but also the visit of the two dogs from time to time (lovely) and sometimes the very nice and well trained horses. We left with a 4-month-old baby and although the surface is limited it was great, Corinne had installed a travel crib. And the bedding… top-notch. We love to change places to travel but if one day we look for tranquility to settle down, this is where we will come back. Thanks again to Corinne and the faucet manager 😉 for hosting us. Impeccable accommodation! It is extremely well located, and easy to access, whether by car or on foot, and it is secured by a gate! The accommodation is extremely well equipped with accessories and amenities, finding as much equipment for cooking as for bathing or taking care of the little ones. (Air conditioning in each of the rooms is a little gem!) In addition, the owner of the premises is extremely responsive, being at the disposal of his tenants in order to be able to guide and help them as much as possible. I highly recommend you to discover this villa, I assure you that you will not be disappointed and will fully enjoy your future stays!

Very pleasant stay in our cottage (Le Mas d'Hélène) with all comforts, which is on the ground floor of the owners' house. The cottage overlooks the large garden of the house. The garden is very well maintained and we enjoyed the deckchairs after our hikes. 😊 The owners, Sophie and Laurent, are very friendly, caring and available. Their dogs are adorable. They also have chickens. The village of Mons La Trivalle, right next door, is lively and pleasant with all amenities (Vival grocery store, bar, restaurant, market on Thursdays). The greenway runs through it (bike rental possible). The cottage is conveniently located for beautiful hikes in the Caroux and Espinouse massifs (Héric gorges, Colombière gorges, Caroux summit, etc.) without forgetting the pretty village of Olargues 8 km away. A big thank you to Sophie and Laurent for this very relaxing stay!

This house is a work of art; the hamlet is beautiful, with superb walks from the house; house provided with everything you could need, even in case of forgetfulness or emergencies. You feel very welcome there and I would have stayed there much longer.

Everything very easy all the way through from booking to check-out with very informative instructions and communication. Ideal location in the harbour but quiet and cosy inneryard. Very clean and nice in every aspect, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Very well hosted by Julien's mom who is adorable. Well-equipped apartment, everything you need is there, even the washing machine. Very good location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants where you can walk. Secure parking, that's great. Julien gave us information about places to visit to discover the region, restaurants, etc. And a small welcome gift was waiting for us, very appreciable! We would recommend it without hesitation.
