Inside it retains the old stone walls to our cottage which feature both in the bedroom and living room . It has been finished to a high standard and is ideally suited for two people but there is a sofa bed in the living area. One Pet only . We are situated 3miles from the seaside town of NewQuay (Wales) with its sandy beaches and Dolphins. Walking distance of the Coastal path.

Our family bought the house in 1963, and three generations have enjoyed holidays here, escaping from the hustle and bustle of modern life. The house is comfortable and homely rather than boutique. Perfect if you want to get fit as it is up a steep hill, but within walking distance of New Quay's beaches, shops and eating places, it is also a 5 minute walk to the Ceredigion Coastal Path.

Ffyllon Fawr is a south facing farmhouse built in approx 1890 and has been sympathetically renovated and modernised recently. The farmhouse is in an elevated position and overlooks the farmyard and the beautiful open countryside.
