Burleigh is a beautiful part of the Gold Coast and Shane's place is only 10 minutes walk from the beach. Public transport is brilliant and a bus stop is 1 minutes walk away which will get you to the light rail or train station. The accommodation is lovely, the bed brilliant and a good shower. Brilliant stay.

Well, where do we start. Me and my partner had the pleasure of staying in Nicky and Nigel’s space for 6 months of our Australia trip. The location is absolutely perfect. Close to Burleigh Beach, shops and a bunch of great coffee shops too. There is a bus stop right outside the property with buses that take you up and down the coast. The surroundings of the granny flat are superb. A lovely lake and an easy access bridge which takes you over to the Sports Club. If you are into your walking and running you’ll never get bored of the surrounding routes, even if you don’t head toward any beach. Nicky and Nigel were also great hosts. They answer any queries promptly and are always happy to help. By far the best part of the stay is meeting Maui the dog. As nice as it is staying here you’ll always leave with a sadness that you’ll never get to see Maui again. Me and my partner highly recommend this place and hope you have as great of a time here as we did.
