Your 2 room place is independent at one end of my home. It is in a peaceful culdesac only mins from beautiful Kirra and Coolangatta beaches. A hideaway with solar heated pool, ample car space, canal views and west facing afternoon sunsets. Shops and restaurants nearby. A new kitchenette and washing machine is also included… as is a microwave, wok, toaster, and kettle. I also provide breakfast cereal, tea/coffee , milk, bread and spreads. IGA and Scales (fish and chips) close. Note house rules .

Stunning Waterfront Home (3 Large En-Suites!)

Ash's place was very homely and everyone settled in very quickly. The rooms were large and well heated. Showers worked well. Living areas were compartmentalised well so the kids had the tv and the adults could relax in a separate sitting area. The view of the lake was beautiful and we spent some time with the family of resident swans. It was too cold to use the pool. Would have been lovely to take a dip and overlook the lake. We used the BBQ facilities very easily. Would have to purchase own condiments as mentioned the pantry is not fully stocked. Ample parking for 3 cars and with 11 people in the house, it still felt spacious. Ash was also extremely responsive and clear in his instructions. We had a lovely time. Thanks Ash!

The hosts were very responsive and very helpful if I had any questions. The unit was so close to the main beach and the bus stop which I found so convenient! The kitchen space was also perfect. Christopher's place was great. Such a handy location to everything. It was clean, comfortable but most importantly for us it was super dog friendly. There was a lovely private grassed area out the front with a kennel and shade. We could go out knowing she was very safe in the yard. Christopher lives next door, but certainly does not encroach on your privacy...unless you want to have a chat, hes super friendly and very obliging. We would've stayed longer had we been more organised. I'd definitely stay again if the need ever arose 🙂

The location was perfect, close to malls, restaurants, tram and bus stations. The amenities provided were amazing and the place was clean. Communication with the hosts was clear and they were proactive, the check in instructions were straightforward.
