Beautiful clean home !

The house had plenty of room for our seven adult family members. The location is ideal, being on the creek where we could sit or even fish, while also being just minutes from Niagara Falls, which was of course our main reason for coming. The kitchen was well equipped, though it took us some time to find everything. Angela was very responsive any time we had questions about anything. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen/barbecue (once we found the exhaust fan switch!). It was a quiet, peaceful neighborhood in an otherwise very busy tourist area. We had a great family reunion.

Amy’s airbnb was absolutely amazing. We stayed for a long weekend and absolutely loved our stay. Her directions were clear and easy to follow upon check in and check out. The house itself was exactly what we expected and comfortable kept all 7 of us. We would 100% stay here again!

Great place!! My family and I loved this house. No complaints. Everything was clean. 15 mins to Niagara Falls. We enjoyed our stay.

Ivana’s place was truly perfect! We had 9 girls in the house and we had plenty of space. The house was extremely clean and organized. The beds were comfortable, linens were pristine and towels were abundant. A fully stocked kitchen made everything very easy. We were only a 5 min drive/15 min walk from everything we needed and wanted to do. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We would absolutely stay again in the future. The pool was not open during our stay due to the time of year but the yard had a nice set up. The only thing I would bring your attention to is the 3 car max in the driveway. We did not even think about parking space with so many of us coming up for the weekend. Absolutely do not let parking space deter you from this beautiful house just be aware! Ivana was a wonderful host and I 10/10 recommend this house!!

It's a property for big groups. Didn't realize from looking at it from outside how many people can be accommodated. Exactly what we wanted for 15 people group. Location is very good. Everything nearby. Property had everything we needed. Recommended!

The house is the perfect size for two families of four traveling together. Five bedrooms and four bathrooms is a correct description. The kitchen is spacious, with a nice view. There is a separate dining room with a huge table. It is a 15 minute walk to downtown Niagara on the Lake. There is a wide variety of restaurants, with menus that satisfy a family with diverse preferences. We enjoyed mornings at coffee shops, with time to sit and read. There is a grocery store in downtown NOTL, so we purchased food for meals between restaurant outings. The house is in a neighborhood that provides many walking routes. I recommend the heritage trail, which is about a 5 minute walk straight out the front door, accessed by going down the street perpendicular to King Street. The trail goes through a vineyard. It a 2-hr drive to Toronto, so we did that once. It is a 30-minute drive to Niagara Falls, so we could adapt plans to the weather each day. We would love to return!

Grace’s house was perfect for our girls weekend! She was super responsive and provided so many recommendations for local brunch, cafes/coffee shops, and dinners. Highly recommend!

Had a great bachelorette weekend at Grace's beautiful home. Very comfortable, beautiful and clean. So close to a beautiful walk along the lake too. Would love to stay again!

Our two families - 4 adults, 5 teenagers - spent a week here. The accommodations are absolutely lovely. We woke up to a gorgeous view of the lake every morning and enjoyed the beach, the pool, and the hot tub. The kids loved the game room! And the casita is steps away from the main house; we felt no security concerns with having three of our children sleep there. While facing the lake, the home is backed by private woods and a long drive. The adults enjoyed walking/running both on the shore front and on the nearby Friendship Trail - a paved path through the woods. The Falls were a 30 minute drive, Niagara-on-the-Lake and the wine region were a 40 minute drive, and we also took the GO train to Toronto and spent a day there. Otherwise, we lounged at home. And on those days, BBQ enthusiast Brad Billard at cnddrumsmokerandco cooked for us, recommended by our host, Teri. His meals were delicious! We recommend the smoked brisket and the pork ribs. All in all, a winner of a property!
