Vacation rentals with breakfast in Buffalo

Keith's place was perfect. It is a beautiful new house in a lovely neighbourhood. It has everything you need. It is close to many wineries in Niagara and any stores/restaurants you may need in St. Catherines. There is a fireplace to keep you warm and cozy on the inside. The hot tub was so relaxing and was our favourite place to hang out. The backyard has a great deck and is very private. Keith even left us a care package which was a very nice touch. Keith was very quick to respond to any questions and was very nice. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Keith!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Mark was there to greet us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the home, explaining where everything was. It is always stressful traveling with very young children, but the home had just about everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I can't recommend this home enough!!

The best thing about this place was the location and the liveability of the place! Although we didn’t have time to use the fire pit, it’s a nice addition to the place. The hotness very responsive and helpful in answering all our questions. A few things I’d like to see improved is hand towels in the kitchen and extra blankets. Also the shower in the downstairs bathroom is not very useable, it sprays water everywhere and you cannot adjust the head.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Canada. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The house was spotless, well equipped, and exactly as described. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay relaxing and memorable. The neighborhood was peaceful and perfectly located, close to everything we needed. Whether it was an enjoying morning coffee on the patio, cozy evening indoors, or exploring the local area, This place truly felt like a home away from home. A special thank you to Glenda, our wonderful host she was kind, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Her hospitality made all the difference and added a personal touch that we really appreciated. The location was peaceful and convenient. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

We really enjoyed our stay here. John brought a wonderful breakfast every morning along with recommendations of things to do all over the area and even down into New York. He was also always responsive if we had questions. This place was very large with plenty of room to spread out and relax, a large dining table for eating and playing games, a fenced backyard surrounded by trees for privacy, and best of all it is right by all the Niagara Falls activities. We would recommend this place to others.

Tissa's place has a lot going for it. It comfortably fit our group of eight with room to spare. It's a brand new home in a new development that is still being constructed. It was a real treat to watch from the deck the giant ships sailing by in the Welland Canal. Really cool! The view toward the canal is very pretty and at the back of the house, you cannot hear the traffic from the 406. The kitchen and main living room were spacious, well-lit, and the high ceilings made the experience feel luxurious. The kitchen was well-stocked. The couches were very comfortable! The bedrooms were huge – and so many bathrooms. It was a real treat to have your own ensuite. The space allowed us to enjoy our time together very much. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Colin and Marlene’s with our group of friends (three couples but could have comfortably fit 8 people) . It has spacious bedrooms, with clean hotel linens and comfortable pillows. The common rooms are perfect for socializing and the outdoor space is set up with a lovely fire table, patio furniture and BBQ. Neighbouring vineyards and twinkle lights create a tranquil and relaxing setting when enjoying the backyard. Location was perfect, minutes to big name wineries and hidden gems, making for a quick and cheap uber ride, or easy bike ride on a beautiful day. It exceeded our expectations, and would definitely book again, cheers!

Melissa was great! The modem went out during our stay and she came over later on a Saturday to bring us a new one . Very responsive. The walkable restaurants were great! But the street and green space next to the house does get noisy with people at night.

Laura was a kind, attentive, wonderful host. Absolutely loved the soaking tub and comfortable bed.

Robert’s place was comfortable and he responded fast and fixed small problems as soon as he could. Would 100% stay again.

Great little above garage apartment filled with everything you could need, it is fully stocked. The apartment itself is cozy and has a little balcony to enjoy The neighborhood is quiet, waterfall and park are a block away, plenty of choices for places to eat in the area. Paul checked on us in person himself during our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking to be in a nice area near the Buffalo airport which is approximately 10 minutes away.

A beautiful place to stay. I would definitely recommend to everyone. If I could rate this place 10 stars I would’ve rated it 12 stars. Amenities were great, I felt like home. He had enough food for us to enjoy and it seemed like I could stay there for 3-4 days without going grocery shopping. The amount I paid was way less in my opinion. Every time I come to Buffalo I’ll make sure I visit this place.

Kads and Pran are wonderful hosts who go out of their way to create a warm and memorable experience. Every detail at their B&B is thoughtfully arranged to ensure a stress-free and enjoyable stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone—and it will be our top choice whenever we visit Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Shelly and John’s place exceeded all expectations, it is genuinely one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The glowing reviews were all true. It felt peaceful and special, like a little slice of heaven. The photos matched the reality perfectly, and the place was impeccably clean. 6 stars!!!

This place was worth every penny! The hosts were wonderful, the place was very spacious and clean. You are close to the main attractions but also have a peaceful getaway. The breakfast included is to die for, fresh ingredients tailored to your liking. Choice is yours, stay at some motel on the strip, on 10 minutes away in a beautiful B&B. 10/10 recommend!

Wish I could’ve stayed longer! Sue and Gaetan’s is a terrific space, beautifully designed, in a convenient location for walking to the theatre and restaurants. They made an amazing breakfast and I had a great time chatting with them as I enjoyed the food. As a female solo traveler, I was looking for a place where I felt safe and comfortable. Gaetan’s and Sue’s B & B was perfect. One day, I hope to return for a longer stay!

this is the sixth time we have stayed here! I can't express the pure joy, fun, beautiful atmosphere, and very conducive to a relaxing, peaceful scenic stay. we come every year for the Buffalo Bills game. Bills game. it's only 10 minutes away and sometimes we will come in the summer. also 10 minutes away is Niagara falls. so beautiful and we just absolutely adore. Tracy, not only is she the best host, but she is kind. interested in everything and changes everything for the holidays and seasons from food to decor. I promise you will absolutely love this place. please give it a try!

Staying at the Bushy House B&B was the highlight of our trip! Jodie is an excellent host in every realm, and we were constantly blown away by all the signature touches. The breakfast baskets were stunning, both in presentation and taste! We loved watching the birds in the garden, as well as exploring the paths along the lake that were located almost directly across the street. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, both for downtown and surrounding wineries. We sincerely hope to visit again, and would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing B&B to enhance their trip.

They were super hosts . I liked having the hosts on site. She even drove us downtown to the hotel to meet our group. Their home and garden are lovely. Wish we could have spent more time on their deck. Highly recommend
