Really pleasasnt short stay for our group. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, great kitchen with everything we needed, spacious living room to relax in, and pleasant back garden for outdoor dining. Chuck is a super nice and kind host and we felt like we were staying in a friend's home. The house itself is an incredible historic home with beautiful woodwork, and the neighborhood is fascinating to walk around and check out the old homes. Great coffee shop, market, wine store and restaurants in walking distance.

A beautiful area of lovely homes. The place is compact with everything you need - just a short drive to Niagara Falls. If possible, definitely go to the Canadian side - the views and experience are astonishing. Our hosts were very hospitable.

We loved our stay at the house. It was clean and Julia and John are great and helpful. The house is just beautiful. We will be back again.

Perfect place to host a large group. Plenty of bedrooms and gathering spaces. We really enjoyed the two porches!

Liz was great and easy to deal with. We didn’t have any issues except the dry didn’t turn on but Liz quickly sent someone to take the laundry out for drying. Was perfect! We had 9 people staying and we felt it was very roomy and everyone had their space. Driveway was spacious too.

The place was so close to the airport that we didn't have to worry about missing our flight. It was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is very calm and secure. Enjoyed have stayed there and telling our friends about this quaint place.

We spent 6 days at Jason's place in June 2025, and we had the best time. The place was exactly what we expected, only cuter. All of the beds were very comfortable, and the location is perfect. We walked to restaurants and shops on Main Street in Williamsville, strolled through Glen Park and took evening walks through the neighborhood, admiring many of the beautiful and well-kept properties in Williamsville. The home was clean and we had no issues while we were there so no need to bother the hosts. Check-in and check-out were easy. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Jason and Laura!

Have stayed with Theresa several times. Apartment(s) were perfect for a family visit to WNY so we all could visit the local attractions and catch up with family. Plans to stay at Theresa's place again in the near future.

Stayed here for 2 nights with an infant, the place is very clean, exactly as described. Beautiful surroundings and safe, peaceful locality, thanks to fully loaded kitchen, we hardly ate outside :) Overall it was a pleasant experience.

This was a great place to crash while waiting for our flight. We spent one night here. We had a great time in the game room. The apartment was clean and inviting. Some reviews stated that the walls were dirty and scuffed up. I did see some scuffed, dirty walls in the stairway up to the apartment (that is understandable when people are dragging luggage up and down a flight of stairs). Inside the apartment was fine. All off the games turned in and worked for us. The dart tips are all broken, so they don’t stick in the board, but this was not a big deal for us. Matthew was a great host. We would stay here again if in the area. Thanks.

This was our first stay at an Airbnb and I totally understand why people love them! Bridget's place is a cozy upstairs apartment. I lived in one years ago and it was fun feeling the nostalgia of apartment living again! (This place is MUCH nicer than the one I lived in though!) It was very clean, no hair hiding behind the toilet like in most hotels. The decor is neutral yet inviting. We didn't notice the noise much from the road and enjoyed the river view from the porch. Bridget is a very responsive host with clear instructions on how to check in and out. We were close to the falls and downtown Buffalo without much traffic issues. The apartment is very well stocked with all the essentials. The only suggestion I would have is maybe plastic or hard surface patio chairs. This is only because the bird droppings from the trees above. We were able to get them mostly clean before sitting, but hard surface would clean easier. We had a blast playing the 80/90s trivia game supplies in the closet!

Mary’s place was exactly as described. The apartment was very clean and private. Everything that we needed was provided. Mary was an excellent hostess and I would definitely stay again if I am in the area.

This is my third stay at Leigh's place and it is comfortable and clean and perfect for a few nights. Lots of space in a beautiful historic home that is well cared for in a sweet, walkable neighborhood.

Right up front, let me just say that this condo is spectacular. Great location. Beautifully renovated. Unbelievable value. Salvatore was communicative and responsive leading up to our trip and throughout our stay. A wonderful host! Although I was a little skeptical when I first pulled down the street as the area is somewhat depressed - don't be discouraged. The neighborhood was quiet and the local restaurants were wonderful. I hope some of the other commercial establishments start to fill up again as it really is a great area. We crossed back and forth several times over the border without any delay. I would definitely recommend this spot for people wanting to visit Buffalo - although it's over the border it's so quick and easy and convenient. Also, the place was stunning! So beautifully restored and the pictures accurately captured the space. I know we'll be back in Buffalo in the spring/summer and we'll definitely stay in Fort Erie again. I hope the condo continues to be available.

My wife and I stayed at The Eugene for a couple nights on our trip to Niagara Falls. This is a great little spot just outside of town. Close enough to be a 5 minute drive from the falls, but far enough to where you weren’t in the craziness of the downtown area.

Location is quiet, away from the tourist area but close enough to drive to the attractions so a vehicle is recommended. Easy free parking onsite. Super clean unit has most of what you need except for a dishwasher and laundry however we used a public laundromat called Casino Coin during our week stay (avoid the closer one called Suds). The additional half bath was invaluable as was the sofa bed in the living room. Appreciated the availability of a Brita water filter, many K-pods for the Keurig, the non-teflon pans and the bottle of wine gifted. There’s a great local market called Lococo’s a few minutes walk away with the freshest meats, veggies and fruits. We felt safe in this area just down the road from the Great Wolf Lodge. Responsive owner / manager. I recommend this Airbnb.

I had a wonderful stay at Mary’s place! I was in town for a work trip and felt right at home. The space was clean with a very spacious backyard. Not too far from Niagara Falls, restaurants, shopping and other things to do. Mary was very friendly, and always quick to respond. I would highly recommend this place, and look forward to returning when I’m back in town!

First time in this condo, but already third time staying in the house. Everything was great, the kitchen is well equipped and communication with Mary is always easy. She is lovely and cares much about her guests. Thank you for having me.

Stayed here for a night before a wedding. Had some complications that were out of the hosts control and happened last minute. They worked with us on a solution and didn't cancel on us last minute. Overall happy.

The apartment is conveniently located just minutes from the Falls, but away from all the main traffic and congestion. It was fantastic and made it easy to do all the things we planned. There were lots of other AirBnbers in the area and the community felt incredibly safe, well kept, and easily accessible. This is a great choice.

Cute house in a great location. Very walkable. We would definitely stay there again!
