Ernesto and Crystal were so accommodating, friendly, and responsive. The basement was just like the pictures. It was clean and had all the amenities listed. Beautiful, comfy and clean. They were a great hosting. Me and my husband we're locals and wanted to stay close to the town while buying a new house. The backyard was perfect for our dog. There was a desk for working at home. We were very comfortable here and would love to come back should the need arise. If we could give Ernesto and Crystal 10 stars, we would for how accommodating they were and concerned for our comfort.

Enjoyed my stay at Cathy's place thoroughly. Very quiet neighborhood with easy access and walking distance from stores and restaurants. Very clean and exactly as described. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks again for a great place to stay!

Great location and amenities. We were able to cook a few meals, and had a comfortable stay. Our hosts were responsive and helpful as well. This is a great option for us when visiting Broomfield.
